“I came into the Verizon store to purchase a USB cord to plug into my car and phone. I have been having trouble connecting the phone to the car and kept losing connection. Dominic was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Not only did he direct me in the right direction, he took the time to come out to my car and help me to hook up and get connected. I am technologically challenged.”

“I totally recommend going to ez phone repair in Narberth. It feels a whole lot different. I have been going to ez phone repair since it first opened in 2016. Idan and sori are nicest people ever. Most cell phone repair shops do not care about you and more about the money. While with idan and sori it feels totally opposite. They care about you more than money. I would give this store infinite stars.”

“I scheduled a repair on my iPhone in the Moorestown, NJ location. I spoke with Monica and husband David. Both were highly educated with respect to my phone. I gave them 5 stars due to their knowledge, respect and treated me like they knew me for years, yet I just met them. They expedited the repair, evaluated and troubleshooted my phone for any other damage. Within an hour it was complete and working perfectly. I highly recommend this store and specifically husband and wife duo, Monica and David. Very welcoming and professional service. I’d give more stars if allowed. Thank you Monica and David. “I can’t say enough about Dave at the Verizon store. He went above and beyond trying to set up a new account for my teenager. We had a very rough time trying to switch the number from a previous carrier because the other carrier was horrific to work with. Dave worked with us to get the number to work and transfer and even came in the next day to help us. He was calm the whole time even when my teen was not calm! He has the patience of a saint! Everyone at the store goes above and beyond.”

The prices are beyond reasonable (especially when u r buying in bulk to resell)…. the more u shop with them (over a period of time) they’ll start giving u “Personal Discounts” on top of things thats already priced low.”
