“Update Review on Apr 9, 2024I don't know when, but the interior has been updated and looks much nicer with joyful and more options of seatings. I like this new look very much.I had the lemon cod with mashed potato and steamed green beans, and a piece of almond cakes. I enjoyed the cod's tender texture, but fishy smell and taste of the cod werr disappointing me.Coffee taste wasn't good so that I didn't refill it: another disappointing. Almond cake was OK, not impressive.Previous Review:Very reasonable price and quality of IKEA food. The place is very nice with the open space and windows. For IKEA family members can have a free cup of coffee.However, some menus run out so fast to choose...that is the reason I give 4 stars.”
“Wonderful experience here with Danielle, store manager. She was excellent at explaining every aspect of these sleep systems and even made me tea! We finally chose the split King Active Breeze after laying in it for about an hour. I'll write a detailed review once we've had it for a month or so. Doubt it'll get returned. It's the Mercedes Benz of sleep systems.
Especially if one of you is hot, the other cold. You can't put a price on great sleep!”

“My wife and I were recently in the market looking for new mattresses and wound up going to KOP mall to check out all of the mattress stores on Labor Day weekend. We tried Tempur-Pedic, Purple, and SleepNumber in that order. When we first went to Purple we met Lauren who is one of the Sales Managers at the KOP location and she was great but understood my wife and I were making an investment in our sleep. She had us try out all of Purple Mattresses options and we were pretty sure we’d be coming back but we had to try SleepNumber before making our final decision.
Ultimately we came back to Purple and decided to go with their mattress and bed platform as it suited us best. Lauren got us all set up to have the mattress and bed frame delivered, the process was pretty easy and she wasn’t pushy at all which we both appreciated. When the bed and frame was delivered we were expecting a couple of the purple gadgets we had seen so many people online get that we didn’t. I reached out to Lauren a couple weeks later and explained that we were looking forward to getting those and she immediately sprang into action and had a little Purple goody bag delivered to our place in a couple days. She is amazing, she is quick to respond to any questions you may have, she isn’t pushy like most sales folks especially in the mattress business and she truly believes in the Purple product. If you are in the market for a new mattress to help you sleep better, feel well rested and recovered (I am in construction so that’s highly important to me) I would suggest Purple all the way. Also, if you’re looking for someone who truly cares about your needs, ask for Lauren, she’s literally got your back!”

“I was at two other stores that sell mattresses before I stopped at Mattress Firm. I had told the other two stores what I was looking for and both of them had advertisements for products that were within my price range. Once I got to the stores they told me that was an online purchase only and I would not be able to try out the bed prior to purchasing it. I left both stores as they were trying to sell me on mattresses out of my price range. I decided to try one more stop. I stopped at Mattress Firm and was greeted right away at the door with not a pushy salesperson but a kind salesperson asking me what I was looking for. I explained what I was looking for the type of mattress I wanted and the price range I was willing to spend. Anthony took me immediately to the area of my price range. Once I was there I saw the bed that I had tried out at one of the other stores. That store had a price tag of $1,200 for the same mattress. Exact same mattress here at Mattress Firm was $499. I was quite happy that it was within my price range and that is the mattress I ended up purchasing immediately. I also was able to purchase an encasement cover since I had saved so much on my purchase. Anthony was a salesperson that told me all about the warranties that were available to me with the purchase of the mattress. I'm so glad that I stopped at Mattress Firm.”

“Yes, Yes, Yes. I went to Mattress Firm in Springfield, Pennsylvania and got my dream pillow top mattress. This was my second visit. I got to lie-on, roll-on, and sit-on, I wanted to take a nap, but had to get home for the Eagles/Jaguar game on Sunday, November 3, 2024.
Rich was excellent at getting me to buy this particular mattress and not letting me buy the cheap, cheaper, cheapest mattress, because I fugal. Due to his knowledge and expertise in the field and explaining the difference between the two, but it was still my decision.
I had taken a picture of the other mattress during my last visit, which was on sale then and today the price was much higher. Rich stated he would honor the sale price if I wanted to buy. That mattress didn’t have my name on it, the more expensive pillow top won today. Even though I spent more money, I happier with my brand new floor sample mattress.
Thank you Rich, see you in about 20 to 25 years.

“10/10 service here! Mahogany was an incredible sales woman from start to finish. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process and wasn’t pushy at all. We originally just planned on going in to check things out but with Mahogany’s help we ended up with the nicest mattress I will ever own. If you’re ever looking to upgrade your sleeping experience, ask for mahogany.”
“i loved this store until my third Purple mattress warranty claim in as many years. Suddenly no one could be bothered (except Sarah) Everything is done online with no 800 number. By third claim (at $200 per claim) I wanted to talk to a person in customer service.. The live chat service sucks.. The only way I was able to get action was by overnight letter to the CEO. After that everything fell into place but it was like pulling teeth. lots of excuses. "He's not in today." "She's not in today" "I have other things to do" Just a bunch of bullshit trom tenured employees. There is no excuse. I recommend this store all the time but have now edited from 5 stars to 2 and im being generous.

They're always around if you have questions but again they don't breathe down your neck which is very much appreciated. Shout out to Greg & Dominic at this location. Dominic was fantastic but he's still new there so Greg helped with the transaction on their computer system. They were both amazing.
