“Very pleased with the service received. Had state inspection, brakes, rotors completed and they fully explained two additional problems. We were kept well informed about any concerns related to our Sedona. All pricing was explained to us in detail. Would definitely recommend.”

“After losing our mechanic to retirement after 35 years of taking car of my cars, the search was on for a shop that could fill my taste. Well, I found one!!! These guys have a huge shop in Coopersburg, PA which made me feel good that they were kept busy. Much like my former mechanic..they called to acknowledge completion of what I scheduled to be done and to discuss other issue the vehicle had and explained costs and asked me what I wished to do. I find that very commendable for a mechanic to say this needs to be considered for repair, but it is not required by state inspection and just not do the repair and push me to accept it. Feel good with these guys. They have now worked on both of my vehicles. A little out of the way since I live in Allentown, but I will continue to take my car there. Thank you NLS!”

“John inspected and changed the oil on our 2010 Outback that had over 200,000 miles on it. We were about to take a long trip, and he had suggestions on how to get the most out of the vehicle.”

“This is my go to place for service and repairs. I don't understand the bad reviews , but they are years old. They are friendly, reasonable and so far spot on with their repairs. They are a family operation and I prefer them to an impersonal national chain.Services: Vehicle safety inspection”

“Second trip there in six months. Very down to earth and nice staff. Their yard is HUGE with plenty of older (late 90s & early 2000s vehicles) Prices were much more reasonable than anything I found nearby. Not far off 78 so very accesible. Worth the drive if you call ahead and they have item. First time I purchased from them they even sent pictures of requested parts I was looking for so I could look at them before driving an hour to pick them up.Not sure what other reviewers mean when they say they don't get their own inventory. I watched their worker drive out into the yard, pull piece off the vehicle and hand it to me. Also had a conversation with gentleman behind the counter talking about how the current situation is with used car prices being high and how he's experienced the same while bidding on auction vehicles for the yard.Wouldn't hesitate to visit again or to recommned to friends.”

“I blew a tire at the stop light immediately before this shop and was stranded. I had a spare tire but no jack or tire iron to replace it with. Coopersburg auto parts was just down the street and despite being closed for the last half hour and cleaning up for the day the employees and manager opened their doors for me and helped me change the tire, even refusing payment for their help. I would recommend this business to anyone who values quality customer service and is looking for help of an automotive nature.”
