“Absolutely wonderful dining experience from start to finish! The food was delicious, every dish we ordered was excellent, and the service made the evening even more enjoyable. Our waiter was fantastic, attentive without being intrusive, incredibly friendly, and made great recommendations. Shetruly went above and beyond to make sure nut allergens were not going to be an issue. Great food, great service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the area.”

“Selected this hotel as a place to stay prior to my wife's early surgery at St. Lukes. No wonder why this is been rated #1. From the time we arrived the service was beyond excellent. Attention to detail was very evident. It felt like you were staying in a home, not a hotel. Hat's off to management and keep up the great work. Have a lot to compare this to as traveled world-wide for years.”
“Love this hotel. Central to historic Bethlehem. Great amenities. Gym has nice pelaton equipment. Pool is lovely with plenty of towels. Rooms are nice, clean and well designed. All employees we ran into were polite and helpful. Plenty of parking in the garage across the street and they just charge the fee to your room. They have pet friendly rooms and we unfortunately have allergies, but they have plenty of non pet rooms to offer. We have stayed here many times and we are very comfortable here.
I think the only negative is the elevators are pretty slow, but we are never in a rush when coming here so no real issue.”

“Sarah was absolutely wonderful and offered me an upgrade. I'm from the country and had a very long day of driving and once I arrived at the hotel, it was dark. I was confused at where park and how to enter the hotel and Sarah came out to greet me in the parking garage which was totally unexpected and sweet of her. The valet guys were nice as well and offered me directions for places and even let me park in a valet spot when there was a sporting event going on one evening, so I did not have to walk far once I returned to the hotel from my own outing being the garage was packed. As a customer out of state, it's really nice to have people cater and help you to make your stay better. Unless you do valet, which i'm not a fan of, there is quite a long walk from the parking garage to the actual hotel through an indoor alley and that's a little daunting to a woman traveling solo with lots of luggage. Because of that reason alone, people may opt for valet and that is understandable. I was happy for the assistance from the staff when it came to parking and walking in. The restaurant was so-so. I ordered wings because the dinner from the hotel wasn't the best. However, there was a great breakfast spead with plenty of cereals and coffee to choose from, as well as fruit. The location is right downtown and it's very noisy from motorcycles to foreign music blaring from cars on the street. It is what it is. The room was great. The TV was big and there was plenty of seating, plenty of outlets for stuff, and the bathroom was spacious and I had plenty of towels. Everything looked and felt clean, even before i lysoled the room. The room comes with a mini fridge and a coffe/tea maker with some coffee and tea choices. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were fluffy.”
“What a great last minute booking. Room was quite interesting. Bed and pillows were very comfy. Access to archer music hall was literally on same block. Valet parking was not the greatest (person never showed up)”

“Nice, clean hotel. Seems like a safe area. The front desk staff were neither rude nor nice. The main comment I would make is that the walls are paper thin and you can hear a lot of sound between rooms. The hotel breakfast was very good and on the top end of Hampton Inns. The location is right off the highway but there is not a lot of restaurants in walking distance. We found a nice restaurant a few miles away, The Brick Tavern, which we thought was excellent.”

“I just stayed at the Comfort Suites to attend a concert at the local casino. My Room was very welcoming and clean. The room was priced nicely. I got a king bed suite for just about $100/night. Staff was friendly and very helpful and it's only 10min drive to the venue and you are basically on the edge of downtown and the free hot breakfast is one of the best ones I've had in awhile.
But, Parking is a nightmare, the hotel lot is not remotely big enough to accommodate all guests especially if there's an event.”

“I stopped in Friday looking for a room to move into long--term. I met with Taylor in the office. She was very nice and told me everything I needed to know about this place. I was fortunate to get the LAST available room. When she showed me my room, there was someone working in it to prepare it for occupancy. My room is large and it has a full-size bed and my own bathroom. I was able to move in later that day. My windows face east, and the next morning I was able to see a beautiful sunrise. I believe I will be very happy living here ?Nearby activities: The Allentown Public Library is only a few blocks away. There is a 7-Eleven across the street from the library. Also, there is a really good pizza place only a couple of blocks away.Walkability: Walkability is definitely doable; however, Lanta bus service is convenient and preferable if you are going a distance ?”

“This is a good hotel for a quick one night stay. My room was pretty clean besides a few hairs in the shower and a towel that was pretty badly stained. Bed was clean and comfortable. The staff here was so nice and helpful. Definitely a little overprice at 100$ per night but what isn’t overpriced these days.
