“I had a problem with my 2014 Chrysler Town and Country Mini van transmission and gave Felix a call at Absolute. Having been a Chrysler service technician many years ago Im familier with auto transmission rebuilding although not on these new 6 speed transaxels today. Felix gave me a very competative price to rebuild my trans and had it done in 4 working days. So far my transmission is functioning perfectly and Im happy with the work these guys did. Felix even gave me a ride home after I dropped off the Van!!”

“U.S. Automotive identified things on my vehicle that were unsafe and torqued out of spec caused by work done at another shop that I went to previously. They also did a wheel alignment and my steering wheel is now perfectly straight after the previous shop I was going to failed to do it correctly four times.The other shop I was going to had it aligned off spec. “I had a great experience here. I got my entire transmission rebuilt due to it being in a flood. I did not rush the process. The work took about to weeks and I know have my car back for about 2 weeks and it’s runs brand new. THANK YOU!!Rob at the customer is amazing. Hes very polite and friends. He’s also a man of his word. Everything he said they were going to do, he made sure it got done. Without him, I probably wouldn’t have got my transmission rebuilt. I was on the verge of looking for a new car, but he convinced me that the mechanics at this location are very knowledgeable on what they’re doing and even gave me warranty on parts & labor.If any problems pops up down the line, I will update this review.
