“Recently bought 4 new tires at CJ Tires including the protection plan. My tire pressure gauge came on so I took my car in to have them checked. Turns out I had a roofing nail in one tire and the tire had to be replaced. Because of the protection plan I did not have to pay for a new tire. I was so glad I bought the protection plan. With one new tire, it paid for itself!”

“My 2017 Ford Edge needed a new engine due to a design flaw, and Austin's was the third mechanic I reached out to. They were by far the most straightforward, direct and thoughtful in their response. They had also come very highly recommended by the community as crowd-sourced on a friend's Facebook post. Shout-out to those who didn't gatekeep this great service!!
As was foretold by their amazing recs, Austin's was excellent. They fixed the engine in less time and with less funds than had been estimated and they gave me a full, multipage review of everything they did. Then they called to follow up to make sure everything was going well! Amazing service and great workmanship. I grew up around mechanics and haven't felt this comfortable and taken care of since I was a child in the dealership my grandfather managed. Can't recommend them enough!”

The manager and technicians wee very nice and knowledgeable I recently had an oil pan and transmission hose replaced and thought it could be one of those
They examined the car meticulously finding a hose clamp missing from the hose of the power steering pump. This gave me great peace of mind as I was scared it could be an engine seal or head gasket

“This was my first time getting my car serviced here and I am more than happy to have given them my business. I chose to come here because of the positive reviews and they surely don’t lie. Their customer service is great, they are honest about your car, and they absolutely will take good care of it. I had quite a few issues coming in; disconnected bumper, issues with my axel and brakes, poor tread, the works. What could be fixed was taken care of and I was given recommendations for what’s next. I wasn’t pressured to get any extra services done and was able to retrieve my car very quickly.
Prices are comparable to other shops, but I would rather pay to know my vehicle is in good hands. I would definitely recommend getting your car serviced here if you’re searching for a new mechanic!”
“I always take my car to Auto Repair by Mikes and always have a great experience. This past week I had an exceptional experience that proves why I am a loyal customer. My car began having issues on Saturday and I was unable to drive it more than a short distance. I drove to Mike’s without an appointment, and although they’re booked for weeks with happy customers, they looked at my car in just a couple days and fixed the problem (for much cheaper than I anticipated). They didn’t have to fit my car in, but they went above & beyond and helped get my car back quickly.”
“Great experience. I have been dealing with a sunroof leak for about 6 months now. Visited dealership multiple times & they were unable to properly diagnose. I was actually quoted $3,500 for a brand new sunroof. Found dreisbachs auto on google & went for it due to positive reviews. Made an appointment & a few hours later my vehicle was ready. Extremely great price. 2 months later and my sunroof has not leaked a single drop! Mike is truly great & provided me with great customer service & all the preventative information needed to avoid future sunroof repairs. If i could rate a 10/10 i would but google only allows 5 stars haha. Overall, truly a great shop & not your average mechanic trying to overcharge for unnecessary repairs. “I had a flat tire today, and they came and helped me and didn't want to charge me anything. I'm a senior citizen and would have had to wait over an hour for triple a aa. Very kind and nice, they were only going to charge me $10 and my friend gave them 20. Very nice wonderful people.”

“My car was towed on a Friday. Hanks was closed Saturday and Sunday, and thought Monday as well due to being a holiday. I was worried about the price and not being able to work. I received a call back early Monday morning from Robert who informed me that yes they were closed but he would wait for me to retrieve my car, and worked with me on the price which was a lot less than I anticipated.
