The local USPS office at 1140 Thorn Run Rd offers walk-in passport services and is generally praised for its helpful and efficient staff. Customers report positive experiences with the team, particularly Tauren and an older male employee, who are described as "awesome." However, one customer had a negative encounter with a "grouchy" female supervisor/manager, though they note this was an isolated incident. The office is commended for its consistent pickup times, with the last collection from the lobby dropbox at 5:30 PM on weekdays and 3:30 PM on Saturdays. While most customers are satisfied with the service, one individual has repeatedly asked the mail personnel to avoid stepping on their flower beds and to use the gate instead, finding this behavior "disrespectful of people's property." Another customer had an issue with a mail carrier who refused to leave packages at their door, despite the customer's assurances that they have a security camera and someone is always home. This customer, however, praised the male supervisor for promptly resolving the issue.

Fast service despite lots of customers. Employees were pleasant. Post office has a self service kiosk to print a shipping label if you don’t want to wait in line.

How many times do I have to ask your mail personnel to STOP stepping on my flower beds and use the gate? Absolutely disrespectful of peoples property.
