“I’m assuming based of previous complaints that the lady who works here now has changed since she’s always very polite and helpful. Yeah they or she takes a hour for lunch I assume but why is this a issue? Is she supposed to stuff her face while waiting on customers? It’s the law that she takes at least a 30 min lunch anyways so give her a break. Imagine if it was you working there by yourself. It’s a small post office and NO MAIL GOES OUTTA THERE if you’re wondering. That’s the office on Thorn Run Rd I think for Coraopolis.”

“I found this place through Google Maps. I was visiting friends and needed to send some things back to my home before I flew back. My friends didn't know this place existed. I think they are happy that I discovered it as they will likely be using it as needed.
Very friendly staff, and they definitely know what they're doing. They make it a very simple process, I walked in with my package, they fixed what I had done so it was more secure, affixed the label and VOILA it was on its way. We were in and out in a few minutes.
I don't think it was related to Pack N Ship but my delivery made it a little bit earlier than anticipated.
I know where I'm going next time I visit my friends when I need something delivered back to my home. I'm pretty sure they know where they will go when they need this type of service as well. ??? Three thumbs up.”

“It's super easy to get to, which is awesome. But what really stood out was how nice the person helping me was, especially since Spanish is my first language. “Installers were professional and took a lot of time to hook up my dryer vent. They took my old dryer, installed the new one, cleaned up all shipping material and hauled everything away. They were polite and mindful of my home and property. Communicating with them was somewhat harder because English was not their native language.”

“I have to say the Manager here and MOST staff are so very pleasant ALL THE TIME!The Manager is always has a positive upbeat personality and is always smiling and very willing to assist even on a issue or concern that I've inquired about. To be honest when I first moved out here I was going to the post office often because I was not receiving mail in a timely manor at all. It was taking a really long time for me to receive a card rom 15 min down the road. But, it has been better and havent had problems in years. The Manager definitely brings a positive work environment to the Clinton post office for sure. I walked in one day she wasnt there and it wasnt as upbeat at all. BUT it wasn't bad or anything just wasnt the same. She always has gone above and beyond .I've had issues with receiving my mail in a timely manor when I first moved out here (5years ago). It was terrible, iI was really concerned about getti g my mail and bills on time. The mailman we have took a little to get used to.He isnt mean or rude he is nice once you get to know him...Just wanted to say THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK ESPECIALLY THROUGH THIS PANDEMIC AND ALL THE EXTRA MAIL COMING THROUGH.
