“This message pertains to the staff in Baldwin. Last week I asked Smiley to check a sink spray nossel that had a small leak. He immediately got the equipment he needed and came to fix the problem. Knowing that you have friendly and dedicated people when you need help is a blessing. The entire staff has proven that they will go beyond expectations to do a to do an excellent job.

“A wonderful place to live in heart of East Liberty.It's been almost a year since I first moved to the US and found a place that I can call home at Walnut on Highland.My family and I (including our puppy) felt very welcome, and our transition to here was smooth and friendly thanks to the amazing management team. They are incredibly friendly and helpful, all emails and doubts are clarified in the moment and all maintance request are conducted quickly and effectly, even in the middle of the night. It's definitely a happy place to live!”

“I lived at Lakemont Gardens Apartments for the past two years. I loved EVERYTHING about it. My apartment was so quiet and peaceful. My neighbors were all kind. They always said hi or stopped to have a conversation with you when in close proximity. Jeanine, who works in the office, was always so helpful and quick to respond. I LOVED the pet free community aspect as well. The only reason I moved was due to a relocation to FL. I wish I could've transplanted the entire community with me. Definitely recommend this complex.”
“I was a resident at Northrup Court Apartments from 2017 - 2024. I loved living here and had a wonderful experience. The community is very quiet, scenic and friendly. Neighbors greet you but keep to themselves. The staff is very professional and responded immediately to any question or request I had. Gio, the property manager is very approachable and responsive. Eric and his maintenance team went above and beyond to address any maintenance issue I had. The positive attitude of staff made me feel valued and cared for. I'm truly thankful for my time and positive experience at Northrup Court.”
“Valleyfeild Apartments is a wonderful place to call home. Each apartment has its own front porch and is very peaceful. Parking is superb as well. The grounds are well maintained and provide ample space for enjoying the outdoors and/or walking your dog, all within the property. The office is quick to respond for requests and provides a peace of mind in knowing anything out of your liking will be remedied with swift kind responses. Getting mail and packages is very easy and accommodating as well. And the location! Central and close to just about everything in Pittsburgh. I would highly recommend Valleyfeild to any person or family looking for spacious, clean, and affordable living.”

The maintenance and leasing staff have been fast and responsive over the years. The units are very large and have a patio and many have been renovated recently. The location can't be beat, easy walking distance to East Liberty and Walnur.”
“I have lived here at Royal Manor Apartments for approximately four months, and I can tell you that the women in the office are fantastic. They cannot be any nicer. The maintenance men are out of this world. They are so nice and so knowledgeable. When you need something repaired or fixed It is always repaired in a reasonable amount of time no waiting excellent work. It is very quiet close to everything. Just a perfect setting.”
“Living at The Reserve at Southpointe was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish! We lived here for 3 years, and from day one, it felt like home. The apartment was modern, clean, and spacious, with thoughtful layouts and high-quality finishes. The community itself is quiet, safe, and beautifully maintained—perfect for anyone who values both peace and convenience.
The amenities were honestly my favorite part! The pool area is beautiful and spacious, with grills and fun extras like ping pong and foosball—sunsets there are absolutely stunning. There’s also cornhole, a fully equipped indoor and outdoor gym, a cute playground, and even a mini putting green. The big and small dog parks were a hit, and there are so many great spots for walking or running both around the complex and in nearby Southpointe and the local trails. The clubhouse also has a movie theater and other awesome features!
We added a garage during our time there, and it was super easy—we got one right in front of our door and loved the convenience.
The staff were always friendly, professional, and quick to help with any maintenance or questions. The leasing office team really cares about the residents and it shows—they’re always planning fun community events, and we loved when food trucks would come by!
The location is fantastic—close to everything you need like shopping and restaurants, but still tucked away enough to feel calm and private.
I would absolutely recommend The Reserve at Southpointe to anyone looking for a new place to live. It was a great chapter in our lives, and I’m so thankful for the memories made here. If we hadn’t moved out of state, we would’ve stayed forever!”
“This place is beautiful and looks like a great place to live. Unfortunately I lost a lil buff(light orange/blonde) Kitty named Cotton. He ran up to this place and I haven't been able to find him. I love him so much and am absolutely heartbroken that he's missing.”
“Sometimes in life you should focus only on the positive aspects! I admit I liked it here 3 yrs & change ago……when I first moved in. However, that said? I have had now several experiences with 2 of the maintenance guys which would be namely “Fitz” (Fitzgerald) & Larry.
THE two most polite & efficient guys I’ve ever known to work on/in an apt building. And I have plenty to compare after 21+ yrs in NYC! I passed FITZ in the hall today~and like a concierge at a swanky hotel~when I asked what he was working on.
It turned out to be a minor but needed task in my apt. He actually said “I will do it right away” and even officially put the work order in for me on the app for the place! Both Fitz & Larry are always friendly. I NEVER see them “hiding” or busy just chatting & hanging out with each other while at work. I sure hope those two stick around here. It’s definitely one less anxiety knowing that capable efficient guys are around for things I could not begin to figure out how to tweak!! Give both of them a raise!”
“I’ve lived at HH for over 2 years and the property management community managers and maintenance team have made it a very worthwhile experience. I would recommend these townhouse apartments to anyone. The propert owners pressure property management to raise the rent by $100 every year. Keep that in mind.”
