“I actually like this store it's very convenient and everything location put the sad part and unfortunately it seems the Dollar tree in Crafton has more selection and cheaper selections than the Dollar general for some odd reason their fridges are broke their freezers are broke at the Dollar general the prices are more than Dollar tree and they have less stuff than the Dollar tree unfortunately and it seems the only time that the women that work at the Dollar general we're always in a rush to close early and other than that I feel that all the workers at the Dollar general are underpaid specially for everything they have to do and deal with the same with the Dollar tree because I've work at Dollar tree in the past and they're definitely under paid for all the BS they deal with”

“Dollar Tree sells hygiene products, cleaning products, office supplies, foods, beverages, dinnerware, home decor, toys, pet supplies, holiday decorations, and many others. Products never cost more than $1.25. I stopped in this store to buy mostly hygiene products and snacks as well as some other things. The store could be a little cleaner and tidier. The cashier made friendly conversation.”
“I enjoy going to this store during the day when the employees are nicer. It only gets 4 stars because During the evenings, there’s a cashier named holly who has dark hair and glasses who stands up front and gives everyone dirty looks or gives people a hard time when she’s ringing people out. Save yourself and go to the self checkout so it won’t be an inconvenience for any worker there. It’s a hit or a miss with employees there, but the misery level needs to be separated from the work life. I like the prices for stuff there otherwise.”
“I have to say they have an associate there named Mansil and he goes above and beyond, and is the most pleasant worker there EVER ! He needs to replace the manager !! He will stop what ever he is doing to help a customer out ! I hope someone High up reads this and rewards him for his EXCELLENT Customer Service skills and his ability to make customers feel special. “Store has most everything that is needed for quick shopping trip. Staff always helpful, and congenial. Store is a little small for the immediate area, doesn't have the square footage that it needs to be effective. Sister stores are within 3 miles, however they are not always convenient time wise if it is close to the 9:00P.M. closing time.Prices continue to be higher than the market conditions should dictate, I have conducted a Department of Commerce survey using their procedures, and Dollar General needs to apply more pressure on it's vendors wholesale prices, and make a clear reduction to Dollar General retail prices, very soon!!!! My Survey hits the Net very soon!!!! Get Busy Dollar General!”
“I stop in here frequently, as I do other locations. The store is usually always clean and organized, except when they have new shipments they are stocking and pulling seasonal items. Customers need to be aware of and respect the fact that employees only have so much space to work in. It's not Walmart or Giant Eagle, they do not stock overnight.
Items I usually purchase here are cat toys, hair accessories (I like the metal claw clips they started carrying, I can't break them easily), office supplies, craft items, nail care items, and drinks and snacks. They have really cute seasonal decor, it's nice when on a tight budget. Here are photos of some things I've bought or almost bought.”
“Hello. I just thought I would drop by and leave a comment. First off no smell. I come into this store when I'm in the area. And sometimes make special trips. I live in Stanton Heights. I don't know any employees personally but the ones in this store are very welcoming. And having to ring a bell means someone is on the floor doing their job. At least they are not sitting behind the counter on their cell phone. I was in the store today and noticed new plantagrams going up. That means new items coming out. “At this dollar store, most products cost $1.25. I occasionally shop here to purchase holiday decorations, cleaning supplies, hygiene products, office supplies, and snack foods. I feel satisfied with the quality of most of the products, especially those that are a name brand. I think that the cashiers could be slightly more attentive, but they have always spoken nicely to me and accurately rung up my purchases.”

“This is probably the best dollar general I’ve been too. It is very clean, neat & tidy. It is not hard to find what you’re looking for. Most other dollar generals are so messy & unorganized but not this one! Thank you for caring about your customers & keeping a nice establishment. The employees are so nice as well.”

“Nice people work here. I shop here because it is easy to get to for me. Amazing prices. The toy section could have a better selection, but it was still a nice selection for all ages. School supplies, cleaning supplies, a quick TV dinner and a few more for the deep freezer?. Cups, plates, cutlery, party stuff, candy, you name it they have it in some form. These places really are great. So what if the product isn't always the greatest? Remember, you paid a dollar and some change for it. At least you still got something right? Anyways, rant over. Great places, nice workers, you should definitely check them out if you are in the area!”

“This Dollar General sold a wide variety of foods and household products. The brands of products were both generic and name-brand. The aisles could have been a bit tidier, but I easily found what I was looking for. Prices were low. My cashier was very prompt and courteous in his service.”
“A great addition to Carrick, but at the same time just another junk shop. It would be nice if it was better organized and maintained. We need more stores like this in this area that provide everyday products at good prices, however; we don't need more stores that just pile in product and don't care what kind of people come in to the store nor care how they behave when they're there.We need law & order, and we need organization, bottom line is that we need better stores and stores with pride. And, I'm not NOT not talking about rainbow ? pride, I'm talking about good old fashioned American ???? pride!I think overall this store will do well here, especially if they hire well. Time will tell. “Nice Dollar Tree I have ever been to in my life. Literally wanted to walk around and look at everything they had. Everything was so organized, clean, and welcoming. Staff were stocking and straightening shelves, my cashier was extremely kind and was making sure I didn't want a drink before I checked out ? really stood out to me today. I never leave reviews. Great job employees at this location at the time of this review ? almost like what businesses used to feel like and I'm 27....”

“There's a handful of Dollar Generals within 10 minutes from me and this one is my second favorite, probably because it's still a newer one. Its more stocked than some others but not as stocked as the Baldwin one. They also tend to close at random times like other Dollar Generals which can be annoying”
“Family Dollar used to have lower prices on certain items, however inflation has changed that. The store has a nice variety of merchandise for everyone in your family.”

“This is not only the cleanest and most organized FD store around me and there are a bunch. The ladies move and stock inventory in a timely fashion and make sure you can walk thru aisles and find just what you need.”
