Very caring and very helpful period I've been Going to this Post Office for Probably like ten years years period at 1 point it had been probably a year since I was in there and she still remembered my name period she's always so kind. And very helpful.”
“The gentleman behind the counter was extremely friendly and helpful in answering my questions and getting my valuable possessions shipped. I was shipping two 33 gallon buckets of photos and it was VERY important that they got to their destination in one piece. The associate suggested some additional packaging beyond just shipping the buckets since they could get beat up and I got the additional packaging. I'm glad I did, the boxes took a bit of a beating but my daughter confirmed the buckets were in perfect condition.”

“I have been mailing packages to family over seas for years and have moved many times so I have used a lot of different post offices. You would not believe the hassle some of them put me through or how many times I walked out with my package to drive to the next town to try a different post office (including Red Loin, Craely and Lancaster city). I have never had a single issue with overseas mailing and beyond that all of my interactions have been polite if not friendly. Through shortages and and hard times they kept the mail going.”
“For years, this has been the most amazing post office. The counter people (esp. Dawn) are just amazingly positive and efficient. The carriers are extremely helpful and personable. The postmaster really helped me out when I was stuck out of the country for 5 months during the pandemic. I've written letters to the Postmaster General complimenting this branch on their level of excellence.”

“I came in here recently to ship mail out and the ladies there were nice and helpful. They were very busy though and only 2 people were working when there were 4-5 people in line. I was in and out within 5-6 minutes which wasn't bad. It sucks though I remember when 4 people would be working here at a time and out-the-door times and mail got out sooner, that isn't the post office's fault though. Keep up the hard work and thank you for helping me with my mail.”

“I rely on the Mountville Post office for my overseas mailings/ customs paperwork, stamp purchasing and general mail delivery.Our home delivery postman offers prompt, accurate and very friendly service.The ladies at the counter in our little town’s postoffice are efficient, knowledgeable and very kind, warm and friendly.I rarely have to wait in a long line and have never had delivery issues and I use USPS regularly. I am grateful I do not have to go to the main office on Harrisburg Pike and fight the lines. I like the personal relationships I am able to build with the staff here in Mountville.I highly recommend this little office.”
