“My tail pipe seperated. They had it fixed two days after my call. They use messages to communicate and while I thought I wouldn’t like it, it made it easy. I recommend this location.”

“Big shout out to this business and hard workers! I presented without an appointment late in the day due to low tire pressure. I had two tires with a valve issue which they corrected by staying past there working hours to correct the problem!! I had previously purchased tires there and they did not charge me for their time and repair! I will be a repeat customer!! Thank you!”

“The car was gone over very well. They replaced the windshield wipers, and inspected it and did a very good job. However, the service desk person wasn't very nice.”

“My car got a flat by this shop on my way to go steelhead fishing. I have an Infiniti sports car with specialty tires. Mike had them ordered and mounted by the time I had caught all the fish in Walnut Creek. He handled my car with utmost care and had me back on the road in no time. Everyone needs a guy like Mike taking care of business. Professional, knowledgeable & very friendly too!”

“I had a flat tire. Always an unpleasant event, but this time I was in luck: I was directly across the street from a Goodyear! Even though it was close to closing time on a Saturday afternoon, the team cheerfully helped me get back on the road again. Thanks, guys!”

“We love this business. Once we have an appointment, Tommy calls to explain the problem and solution, asking our input. Excellent work. Very friendly and helpful, explaining the plan to fix our problem. We have less than new vehicles, but Tommy always fixes us up!!! A+ service!!”

“I was told to go here by my buddy Kyle at beach automotive and see Cody to get an enhanced inspection done on my Harley never had been to this garage or knew anything about how that type of inspection worked which not many ppl even do it. but they were super helpful on the phone with anything I may need to bring and told me how the process all worked. Super clean and nice looking place definitely would recommend them.”

“There’s a reason Milbert’s has been so well-established for decades: their technical work and customer service is better than local competitors. After I bought my truck in 2019 I tried working with other service providers (4) and had mixed results. Sometimes the actual work was great but customer service was poor and vice versa. I called Milbert’s for the first time in 2023 and Ian impressed me right away with his willingness to provide counsel about a minor electrical issue I was having and his thoroughness in doing so. Since then my wife and I have only used Milbert’s with excellent results. Recently I experienced a cylinder misfire due to a worn out spark plug and made an enormous mistake going to another local service provider (a chain) to have it assessed and fixed. It was over the weekend and I was trying to be expedient. As soon as I got in the truck and turned the ignition the engine was misfiring again. Instead of potentially going back and forth with an incompetent business I just drove to Milbert’s, who ultimately discovered that one of the plugs was not installed properly. This experience is par for the course at other shops. Milbert’s fixed their work, Ian gave me a lot of information in the process, and now my truck is good as new. If you’re not sure where to go for automotive service I assure you that Milbert’s is the best option. They tend to be busy, which means you won’t necessarily get your car “in” the next day but that is a GOOD thing. It’s evidence that they do everything right and stand by their work. Also, their customer service manager Ian will bend over backwards to answer your questions, return your calls in a timely manner, and will keep things very real when giving advice. Milbert’s is a 5-star establishment and hopefully this review will encourage potential customers who are ambivalent to schedule an appointment.”

“2014 Honda Civic with a parasitic drain on the battery. I took it to a Honda dealership in Wexford and two other auto repair shops. Nobody could figure it out until I brought it the Keith's. Haven't had a problem since I got it back. Thank you very much.”

“I want to thank the guys that work here for being able to get me in and get my battery installed at the end of their day. I’m so thankful that you were able to help me out, it means the world!
⭐ For battery warranties, they expire on January 1st of the year they’re valid until, not to the date of purchase. This would’ve been nice to be informed of, or clearly printed for the customer to see somewhere or on their receipt. Not the teams fault at all, just iffy Walmart policy!
⭐ You also have to make sure you have the stock tire size for your vehicle otherwise they can’t put it on.

Door greeters also answer the phone and give the wrong info, saying you can get squeezed in if you’re going to get there later than your appointment time due to snowy weather. But then when arrive the actual employees that work in the department tell you no, that’s incorrect and the door greeters have done this before and given out wrong information. So people waste their time driving 35+ minutes in bad weather for nothing/only to get there expecting their car to be serviced and it doesn’t happen. This was disappointing to say the least, there should be better cohesive communication to the people that work outside the department if they’re going to answer their phone for them.”

“Their prices are a little high compared to other auto centers in the area like Goodyear and Monro. There was transmission fluid seeping around the left axle. They wanted over $500 to replace and I went to Monro right after I left Firestone and they took me right in and replaced it for $400. In june, Mars Transmission (long story) replaced my right one for the same price. Not sure if Firestone was going off of mileage, but they recommended new spark plugs. I just had them replaced a week ago when I had a valve adjustment. I'll compare prices and if Firestone is actually lower, I'd probably go back.”

“want to take a moment to thank the team for standing behind their work. During a recent repair, an unexpected issue came up when some bolts were stripped. While these things can happen, what really mattered was how they handled the situation.

Instead of making excuses, they took full responsibility, replaced everything with brand-new parts, and even refunded me for the inconvenience. That level of honesty, professionalism, and customer service is hard to find these days.

It’s easy to judge a business when everything goes perfectly, but I believe a company’s true character shows when something doesn’t go as planned. They made it right, and I truly appreciate their integrity and commitment to taking care of their customers.”
