“Despite being here for about 5 hours I can’t help but commend their actions. They got absolutely slammed today, but each team member went above and beyond to make it a quick service for everyone. From what I could tell, they were also short-staffed, so two of the employees were from unrelated departments. 10/10 recommend their service, but next time I’m going to make an appointment so I don’t wait this long lol”
“Their prices are a little high compared to other auto centers in the area like Goodyear and Monro. There was transmission fluid seeping around the left axle. They wanted over $500 to replace and I went to Monro right after I left Firestone and they took me right in and replaced it for $400. In june, Mars Transmission (long story) replaced my right one for the same price. Not sure if Firestone was going off of mileage, but they recommended new spark plugs. I just had them replaced a week ago when I had a valve adjustment. I'll compare prices and if Firestone is actually lower, I'd probably go back.”

Instead of making excuses, they took full responsibility, replaced everything with brand-new parts, and even refunded me for the inconvenience. That level of honesty, professionalism, and customer service is hard to find these days.

“Big shout out to this business and hard workers! I presented without an appointment late in the day due to low tire pressure. I had two tires with a valve issue which they corrected by staying past there working hours to correct the problem!! I had previously purchased tires there and they did not charge me for their time and repair! I will be a repeat customer!! Thank you!”
