“Had an issue with two front tires for my 33 foot RV. This rig is new, with 16 inch aluminum rims and Hankook Dynapro HT tires. From the first phone call to the stellar diagnosis and analysis, both David (operations manager) and Robert (Master Tech) were the best. They listened without dismissive attitudes. They have the Hunter Road Force Elite tire balancer for proper diagnosis and correction. Commercial ops are not the prettiest places but that is because real professional work is being done! 5 stars”

“I had a great experience at this tire center. I ordered tires in house. I waited entirely too long to get tires ordered. They were bald. Tires at Costco arrived within 7 days. They scheduled my appointment the very next day at 4:45. Needless to say it snowed hard the afternoon of my scheduled appointment. Roads were terrible. Traffic was terrible. And although I left work at 3:30 (usually a 20 minute drive) , I didn’t make it to Costco until 5:30. They kindly took me anyway-even though I was nearly an hour late. Had my tires done within an hour. Everyone was pleasant and kind. 10/10 would recommend.”
