“I had a bumper fixed here back during Covid. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Now, a few years I am later back due a car accident and the customer service is still great from the time you walk through the front doors to the end. The estimator (Riley) really took his time to explain things to me and answered all my questions (and admittingly - he listened to me complain a bit about the accident and insurance!).”

“This is the second set of tires I have bought from Flynn's, and so far, so good. I was buying from Costco, but that went south when I started going to the Wexford warehouse. The service there was bad, and Flynn's has treated me well.”

“Big shout out to this business and hard workers! I presented without an appointment late in the day due to low tire pressure. I had two tires with a valve issue which they corrected by staying past there working hours to correct the problem!! I had previously purchased tires there and they did not charge me for their time and repair! I will be a repeat customer!! Thank you!”

“Great Guys, Great Service, Great Shop! My husband and I have been going to Wheel Connection for the past several years and have never been disappointed. Chad is awesome to work with, responsive, and gets you scheduled as soon as possible. His love for cars shows in the exceptional work he and his team does. He is our go-to guy and if you’re looking for excellent service and affordable quality tires then I highly recommend this place!”

“My car got a flat by this shop on my way to go steelhead fishing. I have an Infiniti sports car with specialty tires. Mike had them ordered and mounted by the time I had caught all the fish in Walnut Creek. He handled my car with utmost care and had me back on the road in no time. Everyone needs a guy like Mike taking care of business. Professional, knowledgeable & very friendly too!”

“I had a flat tire. Always an unpleasant event, but this time I was in luck: I was directly across the street from a Goodyear! Even though it was close to closing time on a Saturday afternoon, the team cheerfully helped me get back on the road again. Thanks, guys!”

“Called Ziegler Tire with a last minute need for some tires mounted that other shops were struggling getting mounted. They fit me right in, were super friendly and knowledgeable and took a lot of care not to scratch or cause any marks on my new wheels while mounting. Awesome service and crew.”

“I found a screw in my tire, called Kress to see if I needed to book an appointment, they told me that wasn’t necessary and to “come right in”. The total wait time from me walking in the front door to walking out with a repaired tire took about 40 minutes. And again, that’s with NO appointment. Not to mention the price for a patched tire was very fair. I’m very impressed with how quickly they got me in and out the door, and the fairness of their pricing. Will definitely be coming back for any tire-related services moving forward!”

“Mylee really saved me today. I got a flat around noon, and she was able to look at my car and fix it in a timely fashion. She was upfront about pricing, and helped me purchase a protection plan for the replaced tire. It was a perfect experience, and reliable people like her are why I always go to NTB for car maintenance. I can't recommend her and NTB enough! Thanks Mylee!”

“I work next door, and not only is the location convenient, but I am always treated respectfully and given a fair price. I’ve had my inspection, oil changes, as well as better repair done here. The staff is kind and always willing to help!”

541 Pittsburgh Rd, Butler PA 16002
“I had a hitch installed and it was a great experience. They were easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable and quick. I've had others install a hitch on different vehicles in the past and they did such a better job. They took the time to route the wiring exactly where it should go instead of just tossing it in and hanging it out through the rear gate. The cost was more than fair. The staff was a pleasure to work with. They will definitely get repeat business from me.”

“I've been taking my cars to MD Barnes for over 17 years! All of the mechanics know their trade well. The prices are well below any in the Pgh. area. I highly recommend Barnes.”

“Kevin at the Lyndora location went above and beyond to help when I desperately needed all of my tires replaced. He printed off multiple options for cost and with no pressure let me pick an informed decision. The service was fast, efficient, and honest. I cannot thank the staff enough for the help. Highly recommended.”

“Store Manager, Bill Michaels, was able to squeeze me in on a busy Saturday after a flat tire on the Turnpike. His workman, Tychi, did an excellent job after agreeing to stay longer than the end of his regular shift. Both of them were the answer to my prayers! Thank you, Bill and Tychi!”

“Took my vehicle to Pep Boys today and the experience was wonderful, all things considered. I’ve been a number of times and every time, the staff is thoughtful, helpful, and knowledgeable. Today, I brought my vehicle in for a flat tire repair and an unexpected issue came up. The team, and especially Alex, was very helpful in making sure the issue was resolved and helped me save money and stress. Now my tires are fine, and I’d definitely recommend Pep Boys to anyone who needs service done on their vehicle! Thank you!”

“Paul was very considerate of my car’s issue and how much time I was waiting (by giving me periodic updates on his process of solving it.) His solution was accurate, and gave me peace of mind. He really did an excellent job juggling my problem while being attentive to the other customers!”

“I had a great experience at this tire center. I ordered tires in house. I waited entirely too long to get tires ordered. They were bald. Tires at Costco arrived within 7 days. They scheduled my appointment the very next day at 4:45. Needless to say it snowed hard the afternoon of my scheduled appointment. Roads were terrible. Traffic was terrible. And although I left work at 3:30 (usually a 20 minute drive) , I didn’t make it to Costco until 5:30. They kindly took me anyway-even though I was nearly an hour late. Had my tires done within an hour. Everyone was pleasant and kind. 10/10 would recommend.”

“Their prices are a little high compared to other auto centers in the area like Goodyear and Monro. There was transmission fluid seeping around the left axle. They wanted over $500 to replace and I went to Monro right after I left Firestone and they took me right in and replaced it for $400. In june, Mars Transmission (long story) replaced my right one for the same price. Not sure if Firestone was going off of mileage, but they recommended new spark plugs. I just had them replaced a week ago when I had a valve adjustment. I'll compare prices and if Firestone is actually lower, I'd probably go back.”

“want to take a moment to thank the team for standing behind their work. During a recent repair, an unexpected issue came up when some bolts were stripped. While these things can happen, what really mattered was how they handled the situation. Instead of making excuses, they took full responsibility, replaced everything with brand-new parts, and even refunded me for the inconvenience. That level of honesty, professionalism, and customer service is hard to find these days. It’s easy to judge a business when everything goes perfectly, but I believe a company’s true character shows when something doesn’t go as planned. They made it right, and I truly appreciate their integrity and commitment to taking care of their customers.”

300 Walmart Dr, Gibsonia PA 15044
“Needed 2 tires to complete my car inspection (at another vendor). Ordered online from Walmart on a Monday afternoon (included free shipping) with expected delivery to the Gibsonia center on Thursday am, so made an appointment for installation at 7 am on Friday morning. Tires were shipped from Florida, arrived when expected. I checked in for my appointment Friday for installation (as they opened) and was out by 7:35. *Noted that, when they test drove it after installation, they had the steering wheel wrapped in plastic to avoid getting it dirty... nice touch! Kudos to Jay (tech) and his assistant (Dev?) as well as Erik who checked me out at the counter when done.”
