“I found a screw in my tire, called Kress to see if I needed to book an appointment, they told me that wasn’t necessary and to “come right in”. The total wait time from me walking in the front door to walking out with a repaired tire took about 40 minutes. And again, that’s with NO appointment. Not to mention the price for a patched tire was very fair. I’m very impressed with how quickly they got me in and out the door, and the fairness of their pricing. Will definitely be coming back for any tire-related services moving forward!”

“I had a great experience at this tire center. I ordered tires in house. I waited entirely too long to get tires ordered. They were bald. Tires at Costco arrived within 7 days. They scheduled my appointment the very next day at 4:45. Needless to say it snowed hard the afternoon of my scheduled appointment. Roads were terrible. Traffic was terrible. And although I left work at 3:30 (usually a 20 minute drive) , I didn’t make it to Costco until 5:30. They kindly took me anyway-even though I was nearly an hour late. Had my tires done within an hour. Everyone was pleasant and kind. 10/10 would recommend.”
“Their prices are a little high compared to other auto centers in the area like Goodyear and Monro. There was transmission fluid seeping around the left axle. They wanted over $500 to replace and I went to Monro right after I left Firestone and they took me right in and replaced it for $400. In june, Mars Transmission (long story) replaced my right one for the same price. Not sure if Firestone was going off of mileage, but they recommended new spark plugs. I just had them replaced a week ago when I had a valve adjustment. I'll compare prices and if Firestone is actually lower, I'd probably go back.”

Instead of making excuses, they took full responsibility, replaced everything with brand-new parts, and even refunded me for the inconvenience. That level of honesty, professionalism, and customer service is hard to find these days.
It’s easy to judge a business when everything goes perfectly, but I believe a company’s true character shows when something doesn’t go as planned. They made it right, and I truly appreciate their integrity and commitment to taking care of their customers.”
“Needed 2 tires to complete my car inspection (at another vendor). Ordered online from Walmart on a Monday afternoon (included free shipping) with expected delivery to the Gibsonia center on Thursday am, so made an appointment for installation at 7 am on Friday morning. Tires were shipped from Florida, arrived when expected. I checked in for my appointment Friday for installation (as they opened) and was out by 7:35. *Noted that, when they test drove it after installation, they had the steering wheel wrapped in plastic to avoid getting it dirty... nice touch! Kudos to Jay (tech) and his assistant (Dev?) as well as Erik who checked me out at the counter when done.”

The estimator (Riley) really took his time to explain things to me and answered all my questions (and admittingly - he listened to me complain a bit about the accident and insurance!).”
