“80k maintenance on a 2017 Audi. As a former auto mechanic, before everything had a computer attached to it, there are just somethings you can't or shouldn't do in your driveway and these guys are the only ones I'll spend my money on to keep my Audi on the road for many years to come. Unfortunately due to issues out of any one's control, the amount of time to drop the mechatronics assembly to get the filters on top, we couldn't get everything done in a short time but will be back to finish the job. Keep up the excellent work from a satisfied customer 👍”

“So I am new to Lake City, and needed a mechanic in the area. Had an appointment for a wheel bearing replacement, everything was good. I have 2008 Jeep Liberty beater, 3 days later, the underside has a lot of rust, and my stabilizer bars rusted thru and failed. They got me in the next day, both replaced, and 200 bucks under the estimate. These guys are my goto now. Everyone there is extremely polite and professional. I have nothing bad to say about my experience. Definitely recommend to anyone in the area. Oh and this all during the week of a major holiday. I would have missed time with my family and a lot of time at work without them ?”

“I am from out of town and had a tire leak. I stopped at Stan's Auto to see when or if he could repair. He said I'm ready to close but let me look to see what I can do. He repaired my tire and had to fix one of the studs because whoever put the tire on last stripped the threads. His immediate service and attention to detail was exceptional. His willingness to help at the last minute is a testimony to real hometown hospitality. Highly recommend this garage.”
“Called on Monday and asked them about installing a new back window on my car, they were the best priced option & they also got me in by Wednesday morning. The gentleman working the desk is friendly, informative, and helpful. I waited in the lobby as they replaced the window and it took less than an hour. They got it done in less time than expected and left everything very clean. I’d highly recommend!!”

“The 2 hour drive was well worth the trip. The staff at Mcquillen's is first class and treated us like family. Our initial impression with this 69 year old dealership began with Brian greeting us at the door, prior to test driving a 2021 GMC Acadia. The vehicle was the perfect transition from our 2019 Equinox and the numbers were worked out. The paperwork was seamless and pain free with the help of Erica. “I had a tire leak that needed repaired on a Saturday of a holiday weekend. My normal mechanic was closed so I called E M. He was able to get me in and fix (plug) my tire in less than an hour. The cost was more than reasonable, so I tipped $10. Based on my experience and the google reviews, I would not hesitate to take my cars to him for other service.Service: Tires”

“Stopped here mid-roadtrip while driving to an event after having a shaky car scare, which (thankfully subsided before I actually got to them, They did correctly diagnose though that my drive shaft was starting to go and even though they could not repair it under my warranty (Toyota is particular about who does that to be covered) they took my walk-in complaints though and helped me get in touch with area Toyota dealers who might be able to help under warranty.
Even though they didn't do the actual repairs, they get a full-marks review on character and customer service alone. And they were fully ready to do the repairs and get me on my way if I hadn't been dealing with warranty.”
