He was respectful, patient, easy to talk to, and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. “I wish I could give 10 stars! They really saved our Christmas… what started off as a fun and exciting drive to NYC for the holidays turned into a disaster early morning Christmas Eve. Our truck became non-drivable going up into the Pocono mountains . We were desperate and scared… we pulled of the first exit we could and low and behold was “ best auto service “ with such warming and welcoming staff. They were able to ease our pains and got us back on the road in no time. The staff made sure we were staff to continue our journey. Gave us a warm place to wait, while they fixed our truck. They were so considerate of us… you really don’t get that service too often now a days. Thank you so so so much…”
