“Thank you for Great customer support ! I had a electrical bump on Sunday and internet service went out and did not return. I unplugged everything for a restart and nothing, so placed a service call and a Technician called with in 2 hrs.the Tech was very nice and told me checks to make and to leave another voice mail if problem is not resolved and someone would come out on Monday. I ask if it good be first thing because my wife works at home and needs it. I then received a call 8:30 am Monday and tech said arrival time would be about 9:15 am and he was very prompt at 9:10 am. The Tech was very knowledgeable on the equipment and internet was back up and running in a few minutes. I have spoke to the office people and same great support. Great to have a company and service like that and know that one can still talk to a human and not a recording or none English speaking person. I would recommend In The Stix Broadband.”
