“Bought my tires from Amazon on Monday (Should have had them shipped right to the store but did not for some reason), Tires arrived Tuesday, Got an appointment for noon to have them mounted and balanced on Wednesday. Came in by 12 left by 2. John was a pleasure to speak with over the phone when making my appointment, he explained to me it’s just a better idea to get the tire shipped to the store, I will Next time! Was greeted by Mike on Wednesday and they took my vehicle in right away. 100% recommend this location, everything was fast and efficient. The communication was on point and courteous!! I will be returning to this location from now on for both our vehicles.”

“Omg. This place really saved me. I was driving home from work when my tire pressure light came on and my tire was leaking so much air that I was running out of time before it was completely flat. I pulled up to Mavis in Delran and asked could they please help me because they were about to close in the next 10 minutes. Remy was so pleasant and helpful he came outside took a look at my tired and noticed the thread on my tires was also pretty low. He took my car keys. “I recently went to CJ’s in Fairless Hills, Pa for a routine state inspection on my Hyundai Palisade. It turned out that my car needed new shocks in order to pass. Ashley was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process — she went out of her way to contact multiple suppliers to find the right shocks for my vehicle while staying within my budget. She truly went above and beyond and showed genuine compassion and care. Highly recommend CJ’s and especially Ashley for their outstanding service!”

“I live in upstate New York and was looking to buy a used car, I wanted to get a pre-purchase inspection since I would be buying site unseen. I found Alexander’s Auto when searching for auto shops near the dealer from which i’d be purchasing. I called Alexander’s to schedule an appointment and informed them of what I’d be doing. They assured me that it was no problem and they wouldn’t provide any info regarding the inspection to the seller, only directly to me. They performed a thorough inspection which highlighted many areas not seen in photos from the seller or mentioned by the seller. Alexander’s also asked good questions regarding my intent with the car to help me make a better informed decision based on the things that needed work as to whether it would be worth the cost needed to get the car in shape. The owner offered sage advice and wisdom on the used car purchase experience and gave me the insight needed to make an informed decision and moreover things to think about with future buying experiences. “Have been bringing all of our vehicles here for 5+ years and will continue to do so. Anna, Tina, and the entire team here have always been fantastic to work with. The reports they send include an incredible amount of detail and photos, and they are always transparent around what work is critical vs what should be monitored for future visits. On multiple occasions when it comes to repairs and replacement parts, they’ve recommended we reach out to the dealership as parts were still under warranty, saving us a lot of money - honest people and can’t recommend them enough!”

“It was serendipitous that I met up with these guys! I was pulling out of a gas station and they were letting me into traffic but then kept pointing at my tire. My left rear tire was almost flat and I was about to go onto the highway. What a lifesaver! If they hadn’t directed me to their tire business, I would’ve been stranded on the highway now. I asked them to help cuz I couldn't even drive anywhere else in my condition. 10 mins later, they find a small tire, and had me going on my way for a nominal cost. I tipped the guy changing my tire. “I am a single mother of 2 boys, and times are not that good for me rn. My car was turn off, and I didn’t know what was going on, and my car is the only way I can get to my two jobs. On Thursday’s 11/06 I arrived at this location recommend by my cousin. He said they are honest ppl there and they won’t rip you off. So I when and explained what was going on. They checked the car and realized some issues. And I also had no oil. They were so professional and super kind. Took care of me and honestly fix my car. I am grateful to them. “I bought a 2007 toyota solara SLE from my neighbor 5 months ago. The car only had 47k. It needed TPMS sensors replaced, I think the pricing was reasonable with oil change. I took it again for milage oil change again this month. Once again reasonable, they are up front with you & if you car or truck needs something they will definitely tell you. So far so good.”
