“Joe Tancredi is a wonderful and kind person. We were traveling in our motorhome, from Florida to Pennsylvania for a wedding. As we were getting off highway 95, we had to slam on the brakes due to an accident up ahead, then our brake line burst. We were able to limp to the center of the intersection of the exit. The auto club was not any help, but we were blessed to find Tancredi on Google! Joe was able to pinpoint are position (something auto club was unable to do). Although it was after 5:00, he arranged for the tow truck to take us to his shop and waited for us to arrive. He allowed us to ‘camp’ in front of his shop for the night. The next day, Friday, he tried desperately to get the part we needed, but it was no longer available. He contacted a shop who said they could fabricate the part, but late in the day they said they were unable to do it. He continued to search and found another shop to fabricate the part, but it wouldn’t be done until Monday. We tried to find a hotel room, but nothing was available, on a Friday evening, especially since we were traveling with our dogs. Joe Tancredi graciously allowed us to stay in the repair shop lot, hooking us up to his electric and allowing us to open the slides to our motorhome for the weekend. Joe kindly gave us information on restaurants and parks where we could take our dogs to exercise. Monday came, Joe and his crew not only worked on our motorhome, but he called us and told us to take our car to his other shop to get fixed, because it’s alignment was effected during the incident. EVERYONE in the Tancredi shops are wonderful and considerate people. While we were waiting for our car, the mechanic told us to sit in his car with our dogs. The ladies in the office allowed our dogs in the office and were patient as our furbabies roamed.Their work was excellent and well executed! We were certainly blessed that the auto club wasn’t able to help us because we were blessed to find the Tancredis!
