“I just transferred to PA as active duty Coast Guard and I normally do my own auto maintenance and repair. I thought I had an electrical problem due to a faulty OBD II diagnostic tool (scan gauge ii) after changing out the alternator on my wife’s car. They ran their own diagnostic on my wife’s 2007 CR-V and found nothing wrong with the charging system whatsoever. Honestly it was NOT easy for me to beseech the help of a real mechanic in the first place, but I was not sorry for trusting them to give me an honest diagnosis as they could have screwed me if they wanted to. Dave is professional, communicative, but most of all honest. No wonder they have such a great reputation. 5 stars from a self-proclaimed shade tree “mechanic”.”
