“Matthew and Dakota were so kind to me. I had to print many pages and send them to California. These guys were on the ball. I love this place. The post offices around here are pretty good, but I think these two won me wholly over today. I will be going to them for all my shipping needs.”

“This site provides full UPS courier services. It is located inside Staples - turn right to get to the UPS counter after entering the store. The sign outside (see photo) states "Ship 7 Days a Week", and the UPS is indeed open all days, including Saturday and Sunday (but not 24 hours, and not all services available on weekends). The UPS staff are helpful and knowledgeable about their services and products. The carpark (shared with other stores like Quest Diagnostics and a new Aldi) is large with ample free packing.”

“I wish I would've caught her name but this one lady has helped me ship packages twice now. Both times she was unbelievably helpful in getting me the best and cheapest way to ship my packages. She is also very friendly. She worked on the morning of 1/15/26. This 5 stars is because of her service.”

“It would be nice if the mail lady didnt park in front of my steps blocking my way up to my house . It is a slight slope and the grass is wet . I really dont need to fall at 62 yrs trying to get up a wet hillside. This would be in Brackenridge ,pa”

“This is a full service Post Office located in Verona PA. They also process passport applications or renewals (check rates online). They can snap passport photos (extra $15) on the spot.Note that on Saturdays, they do not take walk-ins for passports, and appointments are needed (make appointments via the USPS passport application site). Even on other days, it is always better to have an appointment to be sure. The separate passport fee (check rates online) payable to the Department of State has to be via a personal check, or money order (not via credit or debit cards). If you forgot your checkbook, the post office can sell you a money order. There is no actual parking I can see at the post office itself. There is a small carpark right next to it, but that is reserved only for Enterprise customers so do not park there. However, there are ample street parking on the streets around the post office. That includes parts of Allegheny Ave and South Ave (where there are 2 hours free parking signs - see photos). The post office staff are pleasant and professional, and all transactions were done quickly and competently.”

“I'm here a lot for eBay. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. Even when there's a line, they're efficient. It's a thankless job but they do it well.”

“This PO has a small parking lot and that’s my only issue with it. I have no problems with the staff and that includes the lady with the “ red hair” as others have mentioned. She’s always been fine with me so I assume it’s the personality of the people she has to deal with.
People have entitlement issues!! She and others do their best to answer questions and I’ve heard a lot the questions asked and people can be so nasty to postal workers as if they aren’t humans! You never know what is going on at home of another person so don’t assume their attitude is all about You! Give them grace! Most of them work harder than a lot of people!”

“This is a regular-size USPS with full services. The free car park in front has about two dozen spaces. There are interesting stone guardian statues of stylistic mail eagles set flanking the top of the stairs leading to the front entrance (see photos ). There is also a long ramp for wheelchair access at the side. The postmaster was very friendly and helpful.”

“I live in Tarentum and I would rather go to this post office than the one in Tarentum. The staff in Natrona Heights have always been friendly, courteous and helpful. I have never had a bad experience here. Thanks”

“Amy and Amanda were fantastic in helping me navigate a damaged package with missing contents. Friendly and helpful attitudes helped mitigate a bad situation. It felt like they cared and weren’t just going through the motions of their jobs. If I at all took it out on you, I’m sorry. I tried not to, and you don’t deserve that.”

“Everytime I have visited the post office to mail a package, I have notice how polite and hardworking the Postmaster is. Once we had a problem with a package we did not receive and the Postmaster was very efficient in resolving the problem with a new driver.”
