“Amazing ! I had a large project and kick off conference I was working on for months . We had designed and ordered a large quantity of participant workbooks from a chain office store. Saturday just 2 days before our conference our team went to pick up the order , and yes it wasn’t there . In fact we had submitted the order on line and never even received a call to say we can’t fulfill . I called Minutemen in a panic Saturday morning secretly contemplating whether I should get my resume together ( lol) the owner answered and said “ come by now ( this was after they had closed ) I’ll meet you and see if we can help “ .. needless to say…but I will … they had the workbooks printed by next day at a very reasonable price . I will never do my printing anywhere else ever again ! Thank you !”

“UPS is convenient and reliable, superior to USPS in every way. Their prices are reasonable, and locations are numerous compared to FedEx. Personnel in UPS store are friendlier than US Post Office workers. Unlike the local Post Office which is often out of many mailing supplies, you can purchase supplies you need for mailing and shipping, and can even have the store package and ship items for you. And unlike FedEx centers, the hours of operation are significantly longer in a UPS STORE. I also have never had a problem with a package arriving late or going missing which I definitely cannot say about the US Postal Service.”
