Well, thank you Renee for responding and really taking the time to care about my personal experience. It really does go a long way. I look forward to coming back into the store before the winter season.I decided back in late winter to pick up some ski gear and decided I'd give my business to a locally owned business. My husband and I went in looking for a specific item and ended up buying some additional things for our ski trip to Utah. The help we received was good. The problem I had was that we had specifically asked what their return policy was because we may need to return/exchange an item. I was told that it was no problem to return the items as long as it was with in 30 days with a receipt. Okay, great. I went back to return a ski jacket we purchased and was then told that there is a restocking fee for a jacket that still had the tags attached! What?! So I was charged a $40 restocking fee for a jacket that was never worn and all you have to do is put it back on a hanger?! Ridiculous. Also, I was not told that I would only receive a store credit after a certain amount of days. I spoke with the manager, Dave. Said he would talk to the owner and still to this day I have not heard anything back. I took my losses ($115 between the store credit and restock fee). I felt like he didn't care and that me taking by money elsewhere was not a big deal. Well, that is exactly what I will do. We spend about $1,000 every season on ski gear, etc and was trying to help out a local business. Do not shop here unless you are 100% positive that you won't have to return/exchange something. Terrible way to do business.”

“Mr. Ken is one of a kind from the generation of greats learning from Truman Smith who learned from Fred BEAR. There is no one I would ever trust more or have touch my hunting equipment or buy archery supplies from! He only will tell u the truth and wat works. It's your money he will sell watever u ask for but rest assured your gonna here the truth about it. Ken taught me how to shoot as a child 30 years ago and I fell in love with archery never looked back. So my wife's first bow was bought here even though she went Bowtech not PSE her choice lol. Ken taught her to blink first lol then shoot. This man is one of kind and im honored to have grown up in this shop. Listening to stories of great men bow hunting gods amazing creatures all over the world!! If you go else were you truly are missing out on the real American brick and mortar archery shops we all miss. From a new nock to flag ship bows and crossbows a 10 and 20 yard range and dam good stories stop in have a soda and become family. THANKS KEN I CAN CALL THAT YOU THAT NOW NOT MR KEN. “I don't shoot anymore because of aging back/shoulder problems, but I dealt extensively with Red Lion Archery (Jerry) during the last several years. He knows his stuff, absolutely. He is also easy to deal with and downright fun to speak with. I highly recommend him to anybody - age/ability/sex not important.”
