“Had an awesome experience the other day at this location. Jenette immediately greeted me as I walked in. I proceeded to ask her about a particular item- a back brace ??. She walked me back to the aisle and explained all of my options and explained the fitting guide as well. This service stood out to me. Fast forward to after my purchase when I discovered a security tag on the item. I unfortunately had to drive back and get it removed but once again I was greeted by the same associate. She apologized for the inconvenience and ultimately gave me a gift card for the hassle. She went above and beyond the moment I first entered the store! You don’t often see this type of service anymore ?
