Any question I had, they got me to who I needed to talk to quickly. The General manager was very helpful and informative about how the insurance process for the repair was going to be handled, he answered all questions I had. Any time there was a delay with a part or there was any updates with my car, they called me. I always felt informed about where my car was at in the process of being repaired. The body work and the paint job are beautiful. This was my first time using this body shop and I am very happy this is where I chose to have my Repairs done.”

“Very pleased to write this 5-star review for Floyd's Body Shop. I went into the shop because I hit a deer on the highway with my F350. The repair looked simple at first but required a lot more parts and labor after they pulled the front end apart. Nevertheless, Lori was my personal champion dealing with the insurance company so I didn't have to. And Dan and Wayne did absolutely flawless work putting my baby back together. All of this in the midst of the holiday season. This family-owned/family-run shop is a treasure in this area, and should I ever need body work again I'll gladly return. “I came today to get my trailer’s brake drum resurfaced. Bill and Daniel provided the best customer service. I live in Cranberry Twp and called the local store but they said they can’t help. Then I called this store and right away I was told if it is possible, they will do everything they can to help me. The store closes at 9 PM but Bill stayed until after 10 PM to get the job done. You don’t see this kind of customer service nowadays because most employees don’t care about taking care of the customers and all they care about is them getting paid. But I was amazed by Bill. I wish he gets rewarded for his hard work and people like Bill and Daniel are the reason I would definitely come back to this store. Thank you guys! I appreciate your help!”

“I took my vehicle to Munroe to have it repaired after a tree landed on my roof. The damage was to the roof and the trunk. Tom set up a time that was convenient for me to drop the vehicle off for repairs. The car was repaired before the estimated time to have it done. When I picked up the vehicle I was really impressed with the work that was performed and how the vehicle was detailed. I highly recommend Munroe.”
“These guy's are top notch! I had collision damage to my driverside and was using my insurance due to a hit and run. Not only was the repairs exceptionally done, but the guy even came in when they were closed (saturdays) so that I was able to pick up my car before work allowing me to drop off the rental car so they couldn't charge me for more on my rental.

“We had to “retire” our old Jeep, and they made it simple and painless. Gave us a few hundred bucks to boot. Very fair. While there, I asked about a part for our “new used” car, and, while I didn’t have time to straighten it out, they stated that when I was ready, to give them a call, and they’d comb their inventory and let me know if they have what I need. I’ll be giving them a call, and hopefully some business, in a few weeks. Recommended.”
