“I came today to get my trailer’s brake drum resurfaced. Bill and Daniel provided the best customer service. I live in Cranberry Twp and called the local store but they said they can’t help. Then I called this store and right away I was told if it is possible, they will do everything they can to help me. The store closes at 9 PM but Bill stayed until after 10 PM to get the job done. You don’t see this kind of customer service nowadays because most employees don’t care about taking care of the customers and all they care about is them getting paid. But I was amazed by Bill. I wish he gets rewarded for his hard work and people like Bill and Daniel are the reason I would definitely come back to this store. Thank you guys! I appreciate your help!”

They were upfront about everything and after a couple of additional issues that popped up along the way they were able to complete the repair my vehicle. Labor and price of parts were reasonable in this market.”

“the new service manager has been very helpful by following through with our warranty issues on our 2019 vehicle. it’s been a little over a year since the former service manager advised us of the problem but did not follow through with verbal commitments. recently we were given instructions from the new service manager and we followed through with the process a second time. only this time the manager followed through by contacting the manufacturer and got results. right now we are following through with the manufacturers direction. the new service manager did the job. he is informative, upfront, and makes no promises. he does give possible outcomes though. most of all he is easy to discuss the issues with and is patient.”
“I took my vehicle to Munroe to have it repaired after a tree landed on my roof. The damage was to the roof and the trunk. Tom set up a time that was convenient for me to drop the vehicle off for repairs. The car was repaired before the estimated time to have it done. When I picked up the vehicle I was really impressed with the work that was performed and how the vehicle was detailed. I highly recommend Munroe.”
“Since my windshield wiper decided to fly off on a road trip I was in desperate need of a replacement. Unfortunately, due to the design the one I bought was not compatible. However, the guy who helped me was awesome. He knew enough to know to check the hook before he sold.me anything. The store had one in stock and he made sure it was attached properly. “These guy's are top notch! I had collision damage to my driverside and was using my insurance due to a hit and run. Not only was the repairs exceptionally done, but the guy even came in when they were closed (saturdays) so that I was able to pick up my car before work allowing me to drop off the rental car so they couldn't charge me for more on my rental.
