Not only did I feel my items were safe, with the weather fluctuating as much as it does out here I was so worried my items would get some type of damage. To my surprise it was just the way I left it no moisture no damage nothing. The facility is kept clean at all times and I didn’t have to worry about anything. If I ever need storage again I would definitely come back here.”

“I have been looking for a climate controlled storage unit for quite some time, due to the fact the size I wanted is not readily available. Online renting was easy with very reasonable pricing. The place looks clean but my unit floor was filthy. Jeff is very pleasant and helpful, so that is always a huge plus. I would highly recommend!”

“Very kind and courteous customer service and it was a very quick and painless experience getting into a unit. I made one phone call and within a few minutes they had me all set and ready to move in. I would say the entire process took maybe 10 minutes at the most. They also do a Veterans discount which is great always nice to save a few bucks for those who have served. All in all I'm happy to be a new client renting from budget storage. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and be able to feel 100% confident that they won't be disappointed in their decision to go with budget storage. “I had a great experience with this company. They helped me with moving on the last leg of a cross-country move (CA > PA > RI). Because I had things stored in two places in PA that needed to be moved to RI, they were willing to work with me on not being able to see all of my items for the initial quote, where most other companies were not willing to do that. They were professional, efficient, on time, and nice guys. If you need a reliable moving company I would 11/10 recommend giving Alpha a call!”
