Took the time to transfer all my data from the old device to the new and made sure everything was in good order. No aggressive sales pitch, didn't feel pushed or pressured at all. The guys in that store are golden!”

“Robert Wagner and Matthew Troiani are the best employees from any tech company I’ve been to. Very quick and helpful. I’ve never felt so calm recovering an account on my phone. Best Buy employees on the other hand lied to us about “fixing” a phone, telling us they only had to replace a charging port and ended up replacing the phone, totally losing all account information and couldn’t recover the account afterwards. My mom and I came to T Mobile and Robert and Matt saved us! Thank you guys!”
