“The male customer service representative is the best in the business! He is respectful polite and knowledgeable. The female med tech who do vitals is also best in the business. The doctors vary but I had a really good one on my last visit. Some of course are mean as they appear. Thanks to the nice ones I overlooked the bad “apples “”

“Over all decent experience. Wasn't thrilled with the fact that no one was there to greet me or check me in when I got there , and had to use a kiosk to check in. The process wasn't difficult, but I guess this is the way the world is going. No human greeting anymore. No staff there upon arriving.
I waited a little while but then finally the staff showed up. After that , it was smooth sailing. Very quick. And efficient. A girl named Lisa took my blood and she had to be the most precise phlebotomist I ever encountered. She was quick, accurate, and the procedure was fast and painless. She was pleasant as well once I got into the room. Never had such an easy blood drawn experience. In and out.”

“This is my third time coming to this LabCorp location. Each time – my experience has been great! I make an appointment in advance, I come in at my appointed time, I am seen within five minutes, I have my blood drawn, and I am out the door. I don’t think it’s ever taken longer than 10 minutes. The people are friendly, professional, and relatively pain-free :-) Great for a chicken like me!”
“Menneisha is so efficient & pleasant! The past 2 times I’ve been here there has been less than a 5 minute wait and I receive my results at midnight the next morning! “Essy online scheduling. Was worried about some negative experiences posted but was a closer location at walking distance. My personal experience was positive. Quick self check-in, was called within 3m, blood drawn uneventful and staff was polite. Office was clean and bright. Left in less than 15m. Others were sitting and moved quick. I somewhat agree to few staff could use a friendly smile 😃 Will come back again.”
“Had an appointment and was taken back right away. I have an extreme phobia of blood draws, especially from the inner elbow. Skye not only comforted me and managed to draw it from my hand, but did so in no more than 20-30 seconds. I’ll be exclusively coming back for blood draws from her in the future! Best experience I could’ve asked for, as someone who abhors lab work.”

“I went in with no appointment and the waiting room was quite full. It was obvious they were backed up, but the receptionist kept calling out updates and encouraging us that she would get everyone seen asap. She had even contacted a nearby location where people could go if they wanted a shorter wait. By the time I was called, which was about 40 minutes, there were significantly fewer people waiting. I was so impressed at the positive, helpful attitude of the receptionist and the rest of the staff. She made the experience so much better than it could have been.”
“I really don't enjoy giving blood but I had to go today for some blood work. There is only one staff member working there named Charlyce who is responsible for pretty much all the functions of the office.When I walked in she was cleaning all the relevant areas as well as checking people in performing their phlebotomy etc Charlyce is probably the best phlebotomist I've ever had and I could barely even feel the initial needle entry into my vein. She's very pleasant, highly efficient and took an interest in attention to detail and if I have any more blood work I'm going to make sure I go see her. If anyone from LabCorp reads these you better promote her because the second I get a chance I'm going to take her from you and hire her for myself!
Addendum: I saw Charlyce again today, as usual she was by far the best blood draw Ive ever had, and as usual she was her pleasant self. Anyone that doesnt enjoy needles or blood draws should look into this place- with quickness.”

Ladies will come out from behind to personally assist me. They make it so easy. “My daughter needed lab work and had a vagal response, passing out during the blood draw. The two women who attended to her were excellent, not only stabilizing and calming her, but later finishing the work while she was lying down.”

“The phlebotomist was very helpful and friendly. Yesterday, my doctor's office neglected one cancer screening panel and she informed me that if they sent the prescription in that day it could still be added. All the phlebotomists at the site I go to 5 minutes from my house are great. The check-ins are always very fast.”
