The clinic started at 9:30 in Springfield. We were at the store at 9:30 & it didnt open til 10....BUT Keith let us in & in record time fitted my daughter with everything & she was on the field by 10 (& not missing a lot). THANK YOU KEITH!”

“I had never heard of Vionic and stopped in while shopping in the area. Much to my surprise I was looking for just that, a supportive shoe for my trip after an ankle injury. Jeff greeted me with enthusiasm and plenty of knowledge about the brand I had never heard of. Jeff asked me a few questions and asked if he could measure my foot and if he could take the initiative of pulling some items for me to try. I sincerely appreciated his approach of asking as he was not wanting to be pushy and setting a boundary for me to decide. He was so helpful and understanding of my likes and dislikes. “I have a few EF tops, but went on a mission to find “bottoms” that fit. Dragged my husband to KOP today. After receiving zero help at Nordstrom, walked into EF… WOW! We received top notch service from Rose! Walked out with 3 pairs of pants/trousers and 2 sweaters. I cannot say enough positive things about the quality, but more importantly, the level of outstanding service! A ++++”
“I went into DXL last minute looking for a dress shirt for my sister’s wedding and expected the usual stressful shopping experience. Instead, I ended up having one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time.
I believe the gentleman helping me was Brian, and the guy was absolutely phenomenal. Super professional, knowledgeable, patient, and not pushy at all.
The dress shirts I originally picked out were pinned together, so instead of just guessing my size, he had me try on another shirt to make sure everything fit correctly — breathable around the neck, enough room to move, sleeves long enough for my arms, the whole deal. You could tell he genuinely cared about making sure I looked good and felt comfortable, not just making a sale.
Then he got me set up on the EyeFit scan machine, which apparently now knows every measurement on my body better than I do. Neck, chest, waist, wrists, legs… I’m pretty sure DXL could identify me faster than the FBI at this point.
The funny part is he had such good taste and style that the shirt he grabbed for sizing ended up looking so good I bought that one too. So I came in for one emergency wedding shirt and somehow left with two shirts, all my measurements digitally stored for eternity, and a free pair of boxers.
Honestly, outstanding experience from start to finish. Huge thanks to Brian and the team at DXL for making the process easy, comfortable, and actually enjoyable.”
“I went in search of shoes that I could wear to a wedding, but that I could also wear regularly so I could get my moneys worth out of them. Unfortunately I did not find many that would work for me. I have wide feet and only saw two shoes in a wide size. Then the shoes I found that I liked were not in my size. Luckily I was able to find one pair that would work for me, even though I didn’t really like the way they looked. I also found that the shoes in the “clearance“ section were still quite expensive so I’m not sure what clearance means here. On the bright side I was able to find a coupon to use and the cashier was very nice. Next time I shouldn’t wait until the last minute to go shoe shopping.”

“We always get a proper fit and long lasting shoes. My 4&6 yo boys wear a lot of shoes out within weeks. We’ve had a lot of success with the Merrel, stride rite, and tsukihoshi brands lasting a long time. These are not cheap brands but find they’re worth it.”
