“Omg, where do I begin? My shopping experience at "Kids Sweet Repeats" was one of the most pleasant, helpful and inviting customer service moments. Not only was the customer service OUTSTANDING, but as was the product quality, selection and reasonable prices. I purchased like-new quality brands, such as North Face, Ralph Lauren, Gymboree, Gap and Abercrombie. You can tell the owners take pride in their product selection and business. “Occasions was my third dress shop/boutique to visit for my son's wedding in December. I can not speak highly enough about how wonderful my experience was there!! Susanna, our sales assistant, was beyond delightful, helpful, honest and enjoyable to work with!!! There was no sense of over the top pressure to purchase something as is the case in every other store that we were in. She also left my friend and I plenty of space to try a dress on and have our own discussions and comments on what we thought about each dress. I found a beautiful dress that I am thrilled with and can't wait to wear!She made it such a fun experience that I returned the following day and purchased two other dresses from the sale room that I can wear to other functions we have this fall!”
“My mother and I came here to order stuff for my nursery. I love this store. I seriously recommend it. The movers were so incredible and friendly!!!! They did an awesome job at setting everything up just the way I wanted it in 95 degree weather. The quality of the furniture is so good. The only thing to take note on is it will take 5-6 weeks for the delivery so plan accordingly. I honestly could not be happier!! Five star experience!!!”

“Orchestra has a good assortment of children's clothes in a wide price range but I tend to stick to the clearance section and always score some goodies. I've only ever purchased items from the baby section so I can't speak for the rest of the store. They have adorable coats, crib shoes, and accessories. If you sign up for their membership (about $10), you get a deep discount on each item. I believe this store is inspired by French fashion so there are many unique pieces made of good materials. I tend to skip the regular-priced items because they seem very overpriced unless something absolutely calls my attention. The employees are very sweet and helpful which is always refreshing at this mall. They're eager to assist but give you breathing room to shop. Great combo!”
“I was browsing around suburban square and walked into Gilbert & Evans. I saw their roller rabbit and was very excited to looks at their selection! I am still 13 so I can fit into youth size 14. The lady working there asked my if i still fit into size 14 and i said yes. I looked at the different designs and picked out the blue hearts. She saved my dad from paying double the price for the adult sized pajamas! I was so happy that the worker was kind enough to go out of her way and tell me.”

“I don't usually review chain places but I just wanted to drop a note that this location was really helpful when I was looking for a baby shower gift for my friend. One employee helped me sort through racks for a specific outfit I had seen online on their registry, but that I could not find once I got to the store. She also went to the back to search for another item. Even the cashier jumped in to help out. I really appreciated the way they went above and beyond to put together a great gift. There are also some good sales that I will keep an eye on next time I need a baby gift!”

“One of the best selection of baby and children's clothing in the area. Not only is the owner amazing, he's super personable and remembers each customer! I love having the ability to customize my son's clothing and appreciate that I can go somewhere to directly speak with someone about my vision, each time they have made my vision become a reality! I was even able to personalize some converse sneakers for the whole family for my son's first birthday party! All of the lines that are carried there are quality clothing and toys! I cannot recommend the store enough and will continue to be a loyal customer!”
“Went in to return a few items from an online purchase. I told one of the staff members that I was leaving on a trip the next day and needed a few easy to pack items. All of a sudden the entire staff was helping me! They were so nice. Kept bringing things to me in the fitting room. Gave me opinions on what I tried on. It was a breath of fresh air in retail shopping these days. Thank you to all the staff people who helped me.I just returned from my trip and loved everything that i bought! Will definitely go into the store (instead of going online) next time i need something. It was nice to see everything in person and get such service!”

“Large well-stocked store, but with that being said, some of the racks were so full that you couldn't push the items apart to check sizes. The staff were nice and helpful. There was an item that i saw online that said it was available in store. No one could find it. But eventually they did. Took a while.Fitting room was monitored and the rooms were clear of clothing. Seemed that they were able to keep up with it.”

“I absolutely love kid to kid. I go in there everyday. I even find shoes for myself at times since my feet are small! They are very nice and compassionate! Always hold things for me if i ask with no issues they go above and beyond. My son has autism and they are very caring towards him when i bring him in there even though he has bad behaviors. I love all of them there. Kim and Amanda are wonderful and well as the younger crew they are awesome. The younger guy ( forget his name) even wiped a pair of these shoes off with a dry eraser for my because i was concerned if the scuffed marks would come out or not. They are Amazing! Not sure why they have negative comments from other people they are never ever rude to me you get what you give.. if you’re nice to them I’m sure they’d be nice to you. Anyways i give a 10 star!! :)))) prices are wonderful and store is so clean.”
