“Excellent shopping experience! Marc opened the store early for us because my pregnancy brain thought the store opened earlier than it did. He helped us pick a glider for our babies nursery, offering wonderful expertise and we saved hundreds in comparison to shopping online or other stores. “November 3, 2017 @ 4:50p.m -Quadir (closing cashier) was wonderful & cheerful. I had a large amount of items & two transactions, but the service was top notch & even when he was the ONLY ringer & a lines formed customers were directed to another cashier. I NEVER liked this plaza BUT I will visit this location Old Navy again. I also was given the old navy card user discount, military discount & Super cash w/ no hassle. Great service from Quadir.”

The selection of clothing is amazing and the clothing in the store is of great quality. The inventory I noticed is constantly being refreshed as well as having special items related to the major holidays. (Which is perfect for my wife who loves a theme photoshoot)
They do not stock just clothing and also have a section in the back with quality made toys(my son is obsessed with the large school bus I got him) as well as a selection of fun educational children’s books as well as a nice selection of well made children’s classics.
The most important thing I can mention about this store though is the staff. Every time I’m in the store it is an incredibly warm and welcoming shopping environment and experience. They don’t over engage if you feel like browsing but are always available to offer expect advice. An example was when purchasing an outfit for my son I went to get his usual sizes. They provided expert advice about the clothing brand and how they size(in this instance usually smaller) and suggested a size up for my son. It was absolutely the correct assessment and one I would have obliviously missed.

Aria greeted me as soon as I came in with my son, she did not stop till she found us a shirt that was perfect for my son and showed me exactly where to look for the girls shirts as I was in a hurry to get to a play date downstairs. “I want to congratulate whoever hires and trains the staff here. I've never experienced better customer service, and, at 70, I've been shopping for decades. I came in with a friend who was coat shopping. While I was there, I figured I'd try to find straight legged spandex pants similar to the Lululemon pants I've been wearing for years but that have been discontinued. Madison immediately understood what I needed and did everything necessary to make that happen for me. And it wasn't easy. She ended up having to order them from another store, after trying to find a pair in the store, and online, and striking out both times. But she kept on it and made it happen. And honestly when she succeeded she seemed just as happy about it as I was. EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER I encountered as I tried clothing on and asked for different colors and sizes was helpful, caring and well-informed. And unlike some clothing stores with a younger vibe, even though I'm a senior, I felt welcomed and appreciated.”

The store is super clean and well marked and organized. I purchased a quarter zip and a long sleeve heavyweight tee, and while checking out the cashier let me know the price was cheaper on their website and asked if I would like her to price match it! Was very nice to have such a helpful friendly sales associate! Will return to purchase more from this location.”

Back I went to journeys where Ricky not only showed me some sick new vans, he ordered the vans I was so desperately looking for, all with a warm smile and amazing attitude, 10/10 service.”

“I don't usually review chain places but I just wanted to drop a note that this location was really helpful when I was looking for a baby shower gift for my friend. One employee helped me sort through racks for a specific outfit I had seen online on their registry, but that I could not find once I got to the store. She also went to the back to search for another item. Even the cashier jumped in to help out. I really appreciated the way they went above and beyond to put together a great gift. There are also some good sales that I will keep an eye on next time I need a baby gift!”

“I have been purchasing the same fitted no iron shirt for over 10 years. I have them in many different colors. I go to Brooks Brothers a couple times a year when they are on sale and every time I go they never, ever have my size and I have to order online. Byron was in the store when I went shopping and he did his best to find my size. Brooks Brothers was sold to a new corporation around the time of the pandemic. I think the fabric and fit of the shirt I buy changes slightly every year. Although the shirt was my size, I wasn't happy with the fit, but I trusted Byron and decided to try on a different style based on his recommendation. It fit well and I decided to buy it. Thank you Byron!! You did a great job and I will look for you when I return.”

“What a great store for kids and toddlers. Takes us back to childhood:) Amazing local store, staff is really nice and helpful. I read few reviews that staff didn't help. But there's another way to look at it. Many customers don't want to be bothered while they're still exploring store and products, so many staff let customer be themselves. If you need help all you've to do is ask for help!
Price is great but service is awesome. Go local!”
