“What a great store for kids and toddlers. Takes us back to childhood:) Amazing local store, staff is really nice and helpful. I read few reviews that staff didn't help. But there's another way to look at it. Many customers don't want to be bothered while they're still exploring store and products, so many staff let customer be themselves. If you need help all you've to do is ask for help!
Price is great but service is awesome. Go local!”
“Absolutely one of my favorite places. Downstairs is a wonderful toy store with each aisle crammed full of unique toys that you will not find elsewhere easily. Upstairs is a full on model railroad store. Has some great layouts to meander around, but also carries everything imaginable for trains and layouts. There really is so much to see. The staff is always helpful and super friendly. My children all love going there. On the visit the other day we didn't tell our 8 year old where we were going. When we pulled up you would have thought we were at a theme park giving away free ice cream and puppies. Just a great place all around. Update: still legit the best toy store ever!”
“Stopped in yesterday with our 4-year-old nephew and he had the best time picking out toys. Great selection and the owner was incredibly friendly. We’ll definitely be back!”
“Had to hunt it down in such a large mall but found it. It had a few Botanicals that I didn't see in my other store. People all helpful. Left with a new one for my collection.”
“I love the crazy Aaron’s putty and just recently found out they had a store close to me ! It was a great experience so many options of putty’s in all sizes along with slimes ! I got to make my own mini putty for $5 dollars which was so amazing or you could also make a big putty or slime for $25 . Also in addition to the great store the customer service is exceptional!!”
“The Eagleville,Pa store is a bit disorganized but the cashier I had this morning was very attentive and pleasant, the name on my receipt was Chevrolet!!! Will definitely be going back to shop.”
“Trenate and Hunter were incredibly special and sweet. Trenate was very friendly, kind, and upbeat, making the experience truly fantastic. Additionally, Trenate was very witty and funny.”
“I've been going to Lucky Duck Toys ever since I was maybe 4 years old. My grandma used to take me all the time to get birthday gifts for my cousins. They have an insane selection of nearly every kind of toy, stuffed animals, calico critters, etc. I used to go here often to get Needoh squishies before people online started buying all of them from the website, (😭) but I've now started going to get Smiskis for my collection. The workers are incredibly sweet and give as much info on restocks as they can, the little playing area in the back of the store is cute too if you need your kids out of the way while shopping. This is kind of weird but it also smells really good kind of like new books.”

“Store with lots of reasonably priced items across the board. Pretty good selection and quality for the price you pay. They have books, games, electronics, kids stuff, seasonal items. Must visit for a good shopping experience”
“Dustin is extremely knowledgeable and invested in the love of the game with this store. The walls are lined with comics and funko pops upon funko pops sold at market value. Hope to visit again in the near future.”
“I have taken all of my kids to build the bears over the years multiple times. I just took my daughter for her first experience and I’m so glad Andy was there. He has a ton of enthusiasm and positive energy. My daughter enjoyed spending the time we did with him so grateful we will be back because of Andy.”
“Lakeshore Learning in King of Prussia is such a fun spot if you’re into educational toys, teaching supplies, or just cool learning games for kids. The store is bright, organized, and packed with hands-on materials, from classroom decor and book bins to STEM kits, manipulatives, and arts and crafts stuff that actually feels durable and well made.
It’s a great place for teachers, homeschool families, or parents who want more than just basic toys, since a lot of the products are designed to build real skills while still feeling like play. Staff are usually helpful if you’re trying to find age-appropriate items or need ideas for a classroom or gift. Prices are a bit higher than big-box stores, but the quality and selection make it worth the trip, especially if you catch a sale or need something specific for school or learning at home.”
“Omg, where do I begin? My shopping experience at "Kids Sweet Repeats" was one of the most pleasant, helpful and inviting customer service moments. Not only was the customer service OUTSTANDING, but as was the product quality, selection and reasonable prices. I purchased like-new quality brands, such as North Face, Ralph Lauren, Gymboree, Gap and Abercrombie. You can tell the owners take pride in their product selection and business. I can't wait to return! The way my glambabies are growing I'll be returning within weeks. Thank you Bo & Chris for turning my day into a consignment extravaganza!SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESSES EVERYONE!”

I am eternally gratful. My friends and I love going her. It is a great store with awesome customer services.”

“Lovely toy store with a great selection for babies and kids of all ages! The gift wrapping service is a special touch, makes it so easy to find something ready to gift. I was bummed on my most recent visit though when a book I wanted was priced more at the register than the price printed on the back of the book. I asked about it but was told it was the more expensive price despite what was on the item. I would’ve understood if there was a label or sticker on the book with the actual price, but I’ve never experienced this before where the price on the item wasn’t the actual price. I really wanted to purchase the book here instead of a larger mass retailer, but after seeing the price difference we ended up returning it.”

“Workers need better training, tired of being discriminated against when I walk in and I'm going to start calling the manger and giving names because I spend money, I'm afraid to steal. Okay so what I take my time and look at everything smell everything I wanna get the right shit stop making people feel uncomfortable to shop!!!!”
“Out of town but needed a personalized gift basket for quick delivery to Devon. Mia worked with me over the phone and made a beautiful basket and delivered it. My very sick friend was delighted with the items and so am I! My go to gift and basket store from now on!”

“What a fantastic store. I was looking for something for my granddaughter and the owner of the store offered to help. She was wonderful. Really helped my find some meaningful gifts. Definitely plan on returning and sharing with friends and family.”
“I purchased some new Warhammer model kits thru “Enter the Realm” on Facebook marketplace. He was a few bucks cheaper than all the other guys, didn’t push for anything extra, and was responsive and understanding of all my questions/concerns.
Very pleased with my transaction and would easily recommend him and his store to another. Btw I live in a different state than the store too.
Give them a look. You won’t be disappointed. Did me a real good deal.”

“My transaction was done completely via e-mail. I inquired about a Steiff piece which they had in stock, I paid, and it was delivered. The packaging was done securely and the piece was in perfect condition as specified. Reasonable price on top of it all. I am completely satisfied. Thank you very much!”
“Love this toy store, which is so much more than just toys. Curated and superior books, wooden and sustainability sourced games, and absolutely the best stuffed animals and soft baby gifts. My kids are teens now and we still find something every time we visit (hello cool paper sculpture kits, origami, lamps,
and temporary tatoos!). Last but not least, the Staff is super friendly and helpful. Hope they get more Professor Astrocat books soon!”
“The Toys R Us inside the King of Prussia Mall brings back pure nostalgia while still feeling fresh and fun. It’s not huge, but they make great use of the space with colorful sections for action figures, board games, dolls, and collectibles. The layout makes it easy to browse without feeling crowded, and everything’s well organized. The staff here are super friendly — they actually seem excited to talk about toys and help with recommendations, which really adds to the experience.
It’s especially great for parents shopping with kids since there are a lot of hands‑on displays and photo ops with familiar characters. Prices are pretty reasonable for a mall location, and they often have exclusive deals or seasonal displays tied to popular brands like LEGO, Barbie, and Hot Wheels. Whether you’re picking up a last‑minute gift or just reliving your childhood, this Toys R Us is definitely worth stopping.”
“The store has a good set of employees. They’re lax, but work well together from what I’ve seen and demonstrate teamwork & customer service. Two of them showed another customer true service and lent a sound ear to his concerns. DM should be proud.”
