“Large store, tons of crafting and decorative items, huge aisle for models, and related, and even some collectable related stuff. Customer Service is average, nothing to rave over. But huge selection of stuff.”

“There was plenty of parking. There are restrooms at towards the left back of the store by the fitting rooms. The aisles were hard to get around in. There was so much clothes packed in tightly. It was hard finding boy’s pants. The prices were good. Found some two packs of boys pants. We used the fitting room to try on a pair of slacks but they were too tight. The staff was friendly and reassured me about their return policy. I might have to return some pants that ended up too tight. I really like their discounted snack selection.”

“Selected a comfortable recliner with help from a very pleasant staff member. Opted to pick up the chair at the warehouse. The staff there was also pleasant and efficient, and loaded the chair in my van for me. A great experience all around!”

“Needed bar stools at a specific height & color, Val helped fine the right ones and matched the color with our cabinets. This is a service we could not find at any other store. Very pleased with the process by making the selection easy & being the right choice. A great experience that will have us returning for other items!”

“My salesman Mark C and Marisol in customer service went well above and beyond taking care of my needs. I am a hard person to please when it came to making a mattress purchase. There is no pressure when it comes to sales there. I can't thank Mark enough for putting up with me (lol) Always smiling and easy going. Marisol too!! Any questions or purchase problems get solved immediately. I would definitely make future purchases there. Thanks again . You are truly appreciated.”

“Penn Furniture is truly amazing. They are completely staffed with such amazing talent : interior designers - craftsman - delivery staff who go above and beyond - just to name a few. Adam the owner is so knowledge and has impeccable taste. Mary has one of the best eyes for design and just gets her customers needs- Barry worked directly with a friend of mine who even came to her cottage to ensure the furniture and pieces made sense - this is real customer service and I will always call them first when looking for furniture or in fact - anything ( their carpets are outstanding quality as welll). They are local to us but they do directly sell elsewhere and possibly deliver Thank you”

“Nice location right off 81. Good selection of merchandise and high turnover over. Only issue I have is that they turn a blind eye to people who bring the dogs into the store. These are not service animals, but pets people believe are the children - fur babies.”
Two familiar names now share one storefront. Bed Bath & Beyond and The Container Store opened their first co-branded location in Fort Worth, Texas, on May 16, and the concept is spreading to nearly two dozen stores in what the company calls phase one.
