I've had enough experience with other cell phone carriers to appreciate him! He even fixed an issue that was driving me insane BEFORE I switched over.”
“I walked into the store knowing that I just wanted to purchase a new phone as my current one was broken. I was in a hurry and had certain requirements. I was greeted by Christopher at the front door , no waiting around.
He looked up my account and realized my family and I were still on an old plan that costs more, less gigabytes and slower speeds ,most of which I knew . The difference though with this encounter that stood out was Christoper explained everything to me to help me make an informed choice. He laid out all the price differences on the screen and on paper so I could see it.
He saved me money on my bills moving forward. He helped me take the leap and move over to an unlimited plan. Him and his manager applied any discounts that I could take advantage of , it was just a positive experience thank you. So glad I went to a certified Verizon store this time .”
