They were very respectful and were willing to work with my family member over the phone to problem solve switching from Verizon to T-Mobile. Took less than 15 minutes. “We have wifi through Xfinity and just added phones on. They were helpful and very friendly. It took time to transfer our phones from other providers and get off our parents' plans, but the worker was very patient and didn't make us feel rushed. We had a great experience!”
“I usually go to the Chambersburg Xfinity office since it's a little closer to my home base. I have had a very good experience so far with all the customer service reps in that office. They offered me a newer box and smaller to upgrade from an older box which was the larger modem. The rep did that for me to save me $100 rather than have a technician come to my house. Great, I came home hooked my new box up. I followed the directions as the rep explained to me to activate from my phone app. It was very easy to follow step by step. Now, I'm back online, don't have no idea what the problem was but the issue is fixed. The only issue I have is when I'm calling Xfinity and I want to speak to a live person which that was impossible. The AI programs take over humans some issue can't be solved from a bot. I rather speak to a human if they would answer for once”
“Why does Verizon do 36 mts/3 years finance on phones etc but don't sell accessories past year to year and half of the phone debut! I do appreciate the honesty of my sales rep in saying & showing there wasn't much difference between current phone and the new S25 Ultra. I do wish Verizon sold bigger phones for ppl with vision issues but the Samsung Galaxy is still a great series.”
