“I usually go to the Chambersburg Xfinity office since it's a little closer to my home base. I have had a very good experience so far with all the customer service reps in that office. They offered me a newer box and smaller to upgrade from an older box which was the larger modem. The rep did that for me to save me $100 rather than have a technician come to my house. Great, I came home hooked my new box up. I followed the directions as the rep explained to me to activate from my phone app. It was very easy to follow step by step. Now, I'm back online, don't have no idea what the problem was but the issue is fixed. The only issue I have is when I'm calling Xfinity and I want to speak to a live person which that was impossible. The AI programs take over humans some issue can't be solved from a bot. I rather speak to a human if they would answer for once”
“I have no problem with the pricing. I had some issues which turned out to be problems I caused by using poor quality splitters for added TVs. They replaced the equipment and everything is fine. NO cost for service visit.”
