“Great fast service I walked in and he looked at my phone with the damaged screen told ask me the model and I said Samsung 22 Ultra he said $229 I agreed and he said 40 minutes to repair I came back in 30 minutes and 5 minutes later he was done. I will go back if necessary.”

Junior was kind enough to speak to me about his experience when dealing with customers that may have dementia or Alzheimer’s.
this is technically my day off, and I got a call from the previous customer who didn’t quite know who I was, but had an issue where they had three maybe four providers and they may not know that they’re adding them to their home service.
Junior gave me some great information on how sometimes a trustworthy person can be added to the account to reassure thing so accounts aren’t created by accident.
