“I had an absolutely amazing experience with Todd Hockley at the Verizon Wireless store on 1201 Harrisburg Pike. Todd is truly an exceptional salesman — professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help me understand all my options, answered every question clearly, and made sure I walked out with exactly what I needed. What I appreciated most was how honest and friendly he was throughout the entire process. There was no pressure, no rushing, and he made everything simple and stress-free. Customer service like this is rare, and Todd definitely deserves recognition for the outstanding job he does.”

“The manager Joshua at this location literally saved the day! My phone was broken and unable to be turned on so I had no way to access my accounts or verify who I was to make an insurance claim. He helped me file a claim for a replacement phone and got confirmation before I left the store that a new phone would be delivered the next day. Awesome guy and highly recommend this location.”

“Thank you, thank you, thank you. My mom and my sister had been dealing with a nightmare with my dad's account for two years. We were ready to switch carriers. My dad passed away, and customer service refused to close his business account even though we had provided everything they asked for. We went to the mall location, one in Mechanicsburg, the store on Paxton, and the one in Colonial Park, and nobody could help us. Two months ago we spoke to a guy named Charlie or Charles (something like that), and he told us he couldn't help and that we'd have to go to the corporate store. Last week we called customer care again, and they said we needed to go in and get verified in person at a store. Since we live close to this location, we figured we'd give it a shot. Manny and Zach went above and beyond. We spent two hours there. Zach got on the phone and was talking to an overseas rep we could barely understand, and Manny stepped in and took over the call. Not only did they finally get our business account cancelled, but my mom was able to keep her phone number and open her own account. I'm so grateful we came to this store and got to work with these two gentlemen. They're amazing. Shame on that manager for never lifting a finger to help us. From now on, this is the only location I'll do business with.”

“Jennifer was absolutely amazing from start to finish! She helped us get our business account set up with three phone lines, Wi-Fi, and a tablet, and even stayed past the end of her shift to make sure everything was completed and working perfectly. She gave us all the tools and information we needed to set our business up for success, and she made what could have been a stressful process so easy. On top of that, she was down-to-earth, funny, kind, and genuinely cared about helping us. I truly can’t say enough good things about Jennifer. She’s the kind of person who goes above and beyond for her customers, and because of her, we’ll absolutely be recommending both her and this store to anyone looking for business or mobile service. Thank you, Jennifer!”
