They also have a rewards program that encourages customer retention and loyalty where accumulating points leads to discounts!”
“Concord has a huge selection of basically everything. It is not the cheapest place, but quality food and treats cost more. I have found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Everything I have looked for, I found it there. That is worth a slightly higher price also for one stop shopping.An example of slightly higher pricing: my dog eats Zignature Kangaroo food. Usually I pay $95 per bag. Concord sells it for approximately $4 more. I won't complain about that since I can also get my cat food and dove food in the same visit.The dog clothing is pretty expensive, but Amazon has spoiled us, Concord has a much higher quality product though.I'm glad I found them and will continue to enjoy their selection.”

“Great personalized customer service. Able Pet Supply sends me a box every month with different items for both of my dogs. One likes squeaky toys, the other hard bones and antlers. The box is the highlight of the dogs dayWhen it arrives.I also can’t wait for the seasonal collars and leashes to be on the website. “We love taking our dog there for her bath! $11 well spent, clean, shampoos, conditioners, etc provided. You can blow dry, but I would still recommend bringing a towel for after as well as a collar that you can hook your dog onto the tub. Helpful staff!”

“This was our third time taking our Cavapoo pup to Jose for grooming, and we couldn’t be happier. Our boy is a little shy, but well trained, and Jose always does an amazing job making him feel comfortable. He’s very attentive, especially with our pup’s eyes, and we’ve never had any issues.
