“We love the self-service dog wash at EarthWise!! Always clean and well-supplied, and SO MUCH easier than crouching over a bathtub or sharing the shower. Plenty af towels and a dryer ensure she comes home comfortably dry and so clean and soft?”

“I shopped around at many stores in both Chester County and Berks County and wasn’t able to find the cat climbing tree that I wanted. This store had it and they also put it together for me. I will shop here from now on for my pet supplies. The young man who works in the store, helped me get the cat tree to my car because I’m elderly, and it was too heavy. One of the young ladies in the store who was very friendly and very helpful also put the cat climbing tree together for me, which I would not have been able to do. The store is excellent for customer service and product availability.”
“We love taking our dog there for her bath! $11 well spent, clean, shampoos, conditioners, etc provided. You can blow dry, but I would still recommend bringing a towel for after as well as a collar that you can hook your dog onto the tub. Helpful staff!”

“Today we bought 3-in-1 bones and the apple Pumpkin bones while attending the Winterfest in Benton, PA. Our dogs loved them so much I had to go back to the Winterfest page to find the name of the vendor. I immediately ordered online and will be a repeat customer!!”

“Went there not to busy. Lots of parking. Went after free prime100 lamb/ pumpkin. Quick easy with coupon from Google web ads. In there out of there no problem. Early morning not much business yet. And was right at front door refrigerator. Something new for my puppy dogs all 7. Thanksgiving dinner and date on item even that close. So was worth the trip even though not on my regular route. Just happened that Giant was across rt1 from it. So got me Giant food and puppy dogs theirs. Was well worth any and all time used to get free stuff.”

“Stopped in and saw whoever is in charge of the bettafish section is a rock star! All the cups were clean, fish were looking very happy/healthy, and they had a very informative sign up with good advice for any new betta owners.
Sometimes (more often than not) the betta section can be downright depressing at pet stores, but not at this location. I was really pleasantly surprised and I hope whoever is taking such good care of these little creatures is rewarded appropriately!”
