If I have the time, I will go to ShopRite. Giant is ok. In a pinch.”

“Kevin and the team go above and beyond! Always kind, polite, and thorough with follow-ups. They quickly fill my Yorkie’s prescription and, if refills run out, they proactively contact our vet to ensure there’s no delay. Now that we’re out of town, they ship to Delaware promptly and hassle-free. Not many pharmacists are this diligent—highly recommend!”
“The Pharmacy at this CVS location has consistently gone out of their way to be helpful, friendly, and communicative. They respond to voice mails and app messages promptly and have jumped through every hoop my insurance company has thrown at them with a smile. When I switched to a new medication for a condition, they immediately noticed the potential conflict between the old and new medications and talked to me about it to make sure I was using them safely. I have had some frustration getting one med that is very popular right now and very expensive, but that frustration has been the fault of the insurance company (I suspect that is also true of some of the negative reviews here) and CVS has done everything possible to make sure I get the meds I need at the lowest possible cost. Highly recommend!”
“This is by far the best pharmacy we have ever used. The pharmacists actually care about you and are willing to help you and explain things without question. This location you can actually call and speak to a human being without waiting for 20 minutes on hold. I haven't had any issues here and will always go here first. My whole family has been going here for years and the staff is the best.”
“This place is easy and the staff is usually good. Have had to wait for staff to do what they need to do. I understand that you have to wait sometimes, unlike other people.Pharmacy staff is great! Always seems like they are busy and people probably get mad, BUT that's Rite Aids fault not the staff's. Wish more people knew”
“I have to give immense praise to Marie and Jenna of this hospital pharmacy. I was running out of an important time-sensitive medication over the wkend and my city pharmacy location wasn’t going to have it in stock for several days. I was advised to call other pharmacies to see if anyone had it in stock. After a half a dozen calls, I reached Marie at this location who was the ONLY person I spoke to who was not only kind and empathetic but had some suggestions for me. She advised calling CVS near me. A few minutes later though, she called back and said she did in fact have the med in stock at their location. They were an hour from closing and I was about a 45 min drive away. We spoke on the way and I updated her with my ETA. She waited a few min past 2pm close time to ensure I got my medication. This pharmacy literally saved me from a delay in a surgical procedure this coming week. The kindness and generosity I was shown was an example of Penn medicine employees (specifically Marie and Jenna) going ABOVE and beyond for a patient. I had to write this review because I am beyond grateful. Thank you times a million!! ???”

“At the end if october I brought in a winning lottery ticket that had to be sent to harrisburg. Their were some issues with my license that I was able to rectify in time due to the thoroughness of the young man helping Arden fill out the form. I came in a week later with my new license on 10/29 and Arden completed the form with great atrention to detail. I received the check today right on time. Great young people in C S.”
