“I went into the CVS tonight at around 7PM, to pick up a prescription for my husband. Which he needed very badly, due to an infection in his leg, that then spread to his entire body, putting him in the ER last night.I want to say how awesome this group of pharmacists are! I wanted to be sure they were acknowledged for their hard work and dedication to all of us Customer’s. Thank you! They all worked together to help me with my situation and I’m extremely grateful, as was my husband when I returned home.Thank you For your assistance today you all made our day!Jillian & Jeffrey”

“I recently visited the 7-Eleven store and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and the quality of the staff. The store was impeccably clean, with well-organized shelves and a tidy layout. The staff members were friendly, attentive, and eager to assist. It’s evident that the management places a strong emphasis on maintaining a welcoming environment for customers. I had a positive experience overall and would recommend this 7-Eleven to anyone in the area.”

“CVS keeps getting better, and Downingtown has always been better than average. That's saying a lot for a national brand. I especially appreciate the expertise of the pharmacy. They're courteous and a few of the staff are the best around. Recently, they got rid of the CVS pay, which was ok but the cell coverage was terrible and the transaction would sometimes not go through. Today, they have the CVS barcode for the rewards and they have apple pay for the transactions. The combination is super efficient, and along with the coupons, the full package is a great customer experience. If the prices were more realistic to begin with, I'd give 5 stars.”

“We recently moved across the street from Turkey Hill, in Thorndale. I have never really cared for the store”Turkey Hill” in my past experience everyone I went to, was run down, dirty, employees weren’t welcoming or friendly, and the food was always disgusting from being left sitting for hours because no one purchased. My thoughts when we moved across the street was I would probably not go there for anything but milk, bread, and maybe coffee. Or fountain drinks for my husband. But my perception of Turkey Hill has been drastically transformed.I can not say enough wonderful things about this specific Turkey Hill. Every single member of their team has been extremely welcoming, friendly, approachable and the food they have made in their open fridge area, (prepared food to reheat) and the food on the rollers and the hot window, is absolutely FANTASTIC!! We have never had a bad experience at here , and we go there daily multiple times a day, to pick up one thing or another.Plus it is so clean and organized! Every time I arrive an employee is wiping, or sweeping or mopping. Whatever the managers or owners are doing at this Turkey Hill they are doing it right!Oh and another thing, my dog was hit 2 weeks ago by a car while I was over at Turkey hill. She broke out of the Fenced in area and was hit. She survived but at that moment we weren’t sure if she’d make it. The very next time I went in Turkey Hikl, their was long line of customers, and I was quite far back, and the cashier stopped looked at me and then asked how she was. He was concerned about her as well. And our family as a whole.I really can’t imagine how this store received 3.6 total stars that’s nuts!!! This is the best convenience store I’ve ever went to, I am 41 years old, so I’ve been to quite a few. Hands down the best!Thank you all for making us feel welcome in our new neighborhood!”

“I really like this Rite Aid. They have a good selection of seasonal items and offer excellent selection of general health care and personal hygiene products. They are always very friendly.”

“Great store! I come here often I wish my Camel cigarette coupons on my cellphone app would. I always have to tell the sales clerk that you have to manually take the discount off because the barcode scanner won't work. Aside from that always being an issue, I have always had a pleasant experience here.”

“The pharmacy is in a small strip mall and has plenty of parking. The place is kept very clean and check out staff is friendly. Always greeting and engaging good conversations on purchases. Coming to the pharmacy, there were delays sometimes, but mostly, the prescriptions are filled on time, and they have in stock. Good place to get the flu shots.”

“Why do they say the pharmacy is open until 9 pm, but half an hour straight can’t answer the phone? Certain things require a call. It’s been an hour and no pick up. Not really sure what’s up? Do you have specific phone hours?”

“Wawa Gas Station is undeniably a hidden gem in the realm of convenience stops. My recent visit left an indelible mark, thanks to their delectable $5 Oreo Milkshake, a delightful concoction that seamlessly blended richness with the unmistakable crunch of Oreo cookies. The shake was not only a palate pleaser but also a wallet-friendly treat, proving that indulgence doesn't have to break the bank. What sets Wawa apart, however, is its commitment to providing a diverse and satisfying beverage selection. As you and your friends experienced, the drinks extend beyond the ordinary, delivering a perfect fusion of affordability and taste. The fact that your friends also found their drinks to be both enjoyable and reasonably priced speaks volumes about the consistency of Wawa's offerings. The overall affordability of the menu positions Wawa Gas Station as more than just a pit stop for fuel; it transforms the mundane gas station experience into a culinary adventure. The $5 Oreo Milkshake is, undoubtedly, a star attraction, elevating Wawa to the pinnacle of gas station gourmet. For those seeking not only a refuel for their vehicles but also a refreshingly tasty pause for themselves, Wawa emerges as the best gas station, where affordability meets undeniable flavor.”

“My new regular nail salon! Clean, comfortable, relaxing, and enough chairs + technicians so the wait is never long (if there's a wait at all) and patrons don't feel crammed. They have a mid-week discount on manicure + pedicure services which is a nice perk. I went the other afternoon expecting a long appointment and I got a gel manicure and pedicure (with warm oil callous treatment) in under an hour! To have a quality experience, not feel rushed, and leave perfectly polished hands and feet is unheard of! The owner has always been present for my visits, so I can only assume she takes an active role in managing the business. She is so lovely--just like the rest of the staff!”

“Convenient location for gas, and not usually too busy at the times I’m there, which is plus. I’d recommend the chicken sliders or tenders, along with the western fries as a side. I haven’t had the chance to try other items yet.The one time I did have an issue with my order, they went out of their way to make it right on my next visit.”

“Pharmacy staff here was friendly, efficient and helpful on the phone on getting prescriptions transferred. Excellent customer service at the drive up window as well. They are not as well stocked in first aid items as other locations.”

“This Sunoco is just off the Horshoepike, and i visit this one on a regular basis. It is easy to get in and get out most of the time. The prices are kept at a normal level. There is an air pressure and vacuuming booth and easy to use. The store inside carries typical items like quick grab and go eat, soft drinks, hot dogs, etc. They do have propane gas tanks, ice packs, etc.”

“The food is terrible at any Wawa but the burgers are at least better and cheaper than Five Guys across the street. I avoid going to this Wawa just because of the flow of the parking lot and where its exits are situated. Pulling out onto 30 can be tricky and Bell Tavern quickly gets jammed up since it's right at the light.”

“The staff here are really kind, but I have to say: the store is disgustingly dirty. Floors are dirty. I used the restroom 3 days ago, and it was GROSS. Thought it was a fluke. Came back today, and happened to need to use the restroom. it hasn’t been touched in that time. I know because there’s trash on the floor from 3 days ago. There’s also no way to exit the restroom without touching their absolutely disgusting door handles. Makes me question how clean their BOH is…maybe go to the rite aid in west Chester. It’s really clean there.”
