Communicative (literally sent us a photo via text showing us what the issue was), and will be honest and up-front about what needs to get done ASAP and what can maybe be put off, if you're looking to hold off for $ or whatever reason. Very friendly. Gets the job done right the first time without over charging for time and labor. Even checked the engine light code without charging - which is not always the case for garages. 12/10.
