“My husband bought me a Himaway Zebra step through e- bike directly from Himaway several months ago. After trying to ride it I didn’t feel comfortable riding the bike because of the weight of the e-bike. We decided I should probably get a lighter weight or smaller e-bike but wanted to test ride the bike first. I called several Himaway dealers.
Gary at Redline E-bikes was the only Himaway dealer to contact me to answer my questions. Gary said I could come test drive the Himaway Rambler Upgrade e-bike before purchasing the bike. Gary was very knowledgeable about the e-bike and also showed us Sena bike helmets with communicators and blue tooth.
We bought the Himaway Rambler Upgrade e-bike and also the helmets.
Today we rode our Himaway e-bikes 15 miles and I love my new Himaway Rambler Upgrade e-bike. Can’t wait to ride it again tomorrow.?

“My bike limped into the shop 20 minutes before closing at the end of the July 4th holiday weekend, and with a bike in every work stand when I got in the door, but all the workers were still super pleasant and patient!
Soon as a stand was free, Paul put my bike up, asked what the issues were, and did some quick diagnostic work, even inviting me back to show me what he was tweaking. Thankfully, I was able to roll out of the shop safe and sound with peace of mind and a functional ride!
