Mark was and has always been very professional and welcoming throughout every appointment I've had with them (I've had 5 cars tinted by Auto Addictions - all done perfectly every time).
They acknowledge and understand that sometimes the cars they're working on aren't just cars; they're peoples' pride and joy, so they take protective precautions prior to any service they perform, ensuring no harm is done to the vehicle.

This was a tricky job at best, but Jim and Mike made measurements and double checked everything before installing a singe bolt in the wall. Expert craftsmanship and attention to detail every step of the way. The result was an 83” TV installed EXACTLY where I wanted it to be. “I went into the Sharpsburg Metro store to get a new phone. I accidentally got the wrong phone (different model but very close). I went back a few times to see what could be done. I was pushed off a few times, but today they were perfect. I went in to switch the phone and the employee Lindsey Satterfield was there to help me. She was unsure of procedure so went out of her way to call the manager and resolve the issue for me instead of making me come back. She was able to get me the correct phone and do what she needed to to activate it properly. Took 15 minutes max for the swap. During that time Lindsey was very friendly and tried to help me make the time go by. I wish all my store interactions were so pleasant. Lindsey is definitely an asset to the store. Quite satisfied customer. I hope her higher ups read my review and give her props.”
“I lost my phone in an unfortunate accident this week. I visited the T-Mobile store on June 5, 2024 at 9 AM. The two women there working were so incredibly helpful and kind and totally turned my whole day around. They promptly helped me and expeditiously completed my purchase and set up. I don’t know what I would have done without them.”
“In and out quickly with the online ordering and pick up in store option. The Target on Lebanon Church Rd is usually well stocked with household essentials and health and beauty products. Rarely have they been out of something I was shopping for. Employees here have always been polite and helpful. The store is and has always been organized, neat and clean. We used to shop here often but moved. Now it's too far out of the way to regularly shop.”

I do remember she was a PH cheerleader. She accommodated me with what I was looking for and set my phone up. Since that is sort of a time-consuming process, we spent the time chatting, and she was very pleasant!”

“I took an LG 48" tv there to be repaired after haven taking it elsewhere twice. The technician took me in right away and he showed me the circuits and explained the issue.From the manufacturer the power supply was never designed for such a load. He installed an upgraded power supply and as of today it is my oldest and best sounding TV today. I will be visiting the shop soon. I have a 50" Vizio that just died.Service: TV repair”
