I switched mobile and home internet services, so had a lot of plan, transition and financial questions. “My family and I went to the North Versailles AT&T store on 10/14/23. We have been with Verizon for 20 years. My husband and I had iPhone 7s and my son an 11. Verizon was no help to us even though we have been their customers for so many years. My husband had called AT&T and spoke with someone. We decided to just go to the store and see if we can get a better deal with a different carrier. We met Christian. He was very kind and very helpful. He figured out the best deal he could for us and took his time helping us and answering any questions we had. He was even able to get us a discount through the type of occupation I had. We left there with three new phones, 2 iPhon e 14 pro max, and 1 iPhone 14. I suggest if you are looking to switch phone carriers to go with AT&T and to go to their store in North Versailles. “Cricket in North Versailles has such great staff! My experience was beyond amazing! I was taken care of by Joshua D.I rushed in 3-5 minutes before closing time because I had broken my phone and needed a new one asap. Even though we were cutting it close, Joshua STILL tended to me when he could’ve easily refused service. Joshua was extremely helpful and kind, he got me set up with my new phone in no time! We were having some trouble accessing my cricket account but Joshua made sure that I was able to open up a new account! He was so patient during the entire process which made me feel very comfortable :)Hopefully he gets to see this so that he knows how grateful I am for his patience & understanding ?”

“I won a free computer by participating in their lottery and when I went to pick it up, there were signs that led me where I needed to go. Also google maps. It's kind of tucked away but it's not hard to miss if you look out for the signs. I received a computer, keyboard, mouse with all of their cords as well as a how to set it up paper with everything in amazing condition. The two men there were very kind and welcoming and helpful. I have to make a day to go volunteer which you can also do on their website.”

“I wanted a cap upgrade on our tube amp & preamp. Other stereo/audio shops were too busy or not interested. One ultimately gave us Kevin's number. He met us halfway between our home & his, swapped in 12 V-Cap ODAMs, and got both pieces back to us in two weeks. The work is flawless and his price was very fair too. I spoke with Gordon Rankin (owner of Wavelength Audio) and Scott Bierfeldt (importer of Art Audio gear) and both remarked that Kevin was known as one of the top ten audio repairmen in the States. This guy is great. Highly recommend.”

“I work down the strip district near this shop and I have actually helped stop someone because they were caught stealing from this shop. They stopped at the shop I work at and abandoned the necklace on top of the t shirts we have inside (I watched them leave a necklace ) that is when this young lady came in the shop and approached them nicely and asked to be checked. She didn’t find anything on them but I saw the guy leave a necklace so I approached the lady and asked if this is what she was looking for and she said yes, I told the teen and his friends that I saw him ditch the necklace and that stealing isn’t right. The lady thank me for helping her out. For the people commenting about them approaching you please be mindful that it’s a small business and I am too aware that people like to steal in the strip district, their job is to prevent those things from happening. I have myself catched so many people stealing. Support small businesses people!”
