“Came here because of a small sprinter recall. Susan guided us through the process very professionally. We had another problem with our bumper that another dealership caused, she took care of it with no cost (because she didn’t want us to drive all the way to Lancaster). I was honestly impressed with the quality of service and professionalism.She also notified us that there was another recall on a screw that is used to hold the truck’s hood. She took care of it and fixed it. It’s great to see good customer service..”
