“First, I'm not a fan of Xfinity services and wish I had more of a choice in Internet providers and I've been having extreme problems in the last month. I went in to return a phone after cancelling my mobile account 12 hours after I signed up. I don't have a printer etc and told a supervisor that I would return the cellphone at a store. This Comcast store was clean, well lit, was told immediately that someone would be with me in a few minutes. Jamirah told me to go back and she would help me. She went above and beyond! After telling me that they didn't accept returns from purchases online and after going through my last few weeks, she helped me with printing the return label, putting everything back together and letting me know that I could drop it off across the street at a UPS. She was very friendly and helpful and it's seriously been a highlight to a rather dissatisfying experience with Comcast/Xfinity. Thank you Jamirah for making the return possible and painless. I truly appreciate the help you understanding you afforded me”

“I'd rather go to the dentist then get a new phone because of how hard it is to set up, and yet Jacob made it so easy!
First, he explained that this process had been greatly enhanced in the three years since I bought my last phone. Who knew?! WOW was he right. (Verizon, that info should be widely shared with all customers...people like me wouldn't hesitate then!)
And I appreciated him offering to put on my screen protector and case. The little things matter. He took his time and answered all my questions.
I chose to wait in a very busy store and the person who checked me in explained I could set up an appt., but I waited. I explained I had a doctor's appt. and had to be out within 45 minutes and when it was my turn, I was.
Today I went back with a couple of questions and was the only customer in the store at 9:00 am.
Roxanne was able to answer my few quick questions, and explained that 611 would have the technical expertise I needed. She was right! (I called Verizon and they had to transfer me to the Samsung helpdesk...and even he had trouble finding the missing microphone. I would like credit for the update that will probably now go out to millions of phones!)
Bottom line. This is a very well managed store run by very competent employees!”

“NetCarrier is an excellent partner to work with on all things voice and data services. We have used their voice services for 15+ years and have yet to be disappointed with any part. Knowledgeable account managers that respond personally to any request, no matter how small it is. On those rare occasions when we did have problems and called for support +90% of the time the person who answers the phone (and they always seems to answer) ends up resolving the issue. I don't think we've ever had a problem that lasted more than 24 hours.Highly recommend NetCarrier!”

“After spending two hours on the phone with “customer service“ I was advised to go to an Xfinity store to resolve my email and password issue. Hopefully next time they will advise me earlier in the call that they don’t have the capability or skill level to resolve my issue because going into the Xfinity store took about 15 minutes.
Steve was excellent, polite and curious as to why I was having issues. It did take him a few seconds to figure out that my account probably was hacked, but no one was doing anything with it. So his resolution was swift. I believe I was in and out in less than a half an hour, including the wait time for him to be available. If I lived closer to the Xfinity store, I would not even bother to call and attempt another resolution with customer service.
I’m not saying that walking into an Xfinity store will always fix the problem because then they would be overloaded and the wait time the store would probably be two hours but obviously having someone take over your phone to go exactly to the proper area is much better in person. I even said to Steve that I probably would’ve been able to follow along if someone in “customer service” was able to pay attention long enough to understand where I was having the issue. But I am grateful for the fact that Steve was there to rectify the situation expeditiously.”
