“Evan at the Ottsville location is absolutely the best. I am storing the contents of my home ahead of an out of state move. Evan was such a pleasure to deal with when I found I was running out of space in my first unit. He assisted with acquiring additional storage units as well as upgrading to larger units. The facility appears to be well managed. The units and buildings are clean. The climate controlled units are kept moderately comfortable. The storage units are secured behind a fence and the office has cameras that monitor the buildings and parking lot.”

She made everything look effortless. The rates were awesome, the space is impeccable as it is clean, well lit, easy to maneuver around and they have carts for everyone's use. They even have a dock were you can pull in. I didn't make of this little luxury but for those who might sign up and it happens to be raining - you would be golden. The management is very friendly and professional. I was able to have my monthly payment directly debited from my account which was very convenient. The price was reasonable. “I recently used New Horizon for my move, and I can honestly say it was one of the best moving experiences I’ve ever had. From the very beginning, their customer service was top-notch—clear communication, quick responses, and a very straightforward booking process. They explained everything upfront, including pricing and what to expect on moving day, so there were no surprises.
On the day of the move, the crew arrived right on time, fully prepared, and ready to get started. They were professional, friendly, and extremely careful with all of my belongings. I really appreciated how they wrapped and protected my furniture, making sure nothing got scratched or damaged. “Prices are comparable to other local storage facilities. They had a great promotional deal with a discounted rate for the 1st three months. The 1st month included some extra charges that were only due at the start of the contract. Love that it doesn't close until 10pm. My only complaint is that I haven't been able to find a dumpster or any trash receptacles. You need to hold onto your garbage and throw it away after you leave. However, I haven't seen any trash and the facilities are very clean.”

“Hope was the staff in the office that assisted in a major issue I encountered. Some belongings were ruined from the previous owners. Hope was the absolute best resource to resolve this dilemma quickly and way better than I ever could ask for. “I have had a really smooth transition with this place.
I have had some problems with hackers on my debit card and forgotten to call them, they've contacted me and not charged me extra when my card didn't go through.
My only gripe would be that they don't have a dolly cart for you to use (at any time) like many storage places I've used before. It makes it REALLY hard on my back as someone with back issues.
Also I pay extra for air conditioned storage and I found mold on some of my things this summer. There's no reason that should be.
These are the only reason I'm docking one star.
The place is clean. They have someone you can contact at any time as well.”
