“Excellent staff and service!! I recently ran over a curb in a tight intersection and tore my rocker panel off. Kirks Auto fixed that and a dent I had previously gotten, replacing both my left rocker panel and left front fender. I went to pick it up and saw I could not even tell what was repaired...the new parts and the paint were a perfect match! Bill Kirk went above and beyond and fixed a couple of things that were not on the estimate. When I paid the bill, it ended up being $200.00 below the estimate!! Highly recommended!!”
“Rear-ended in Saylorsburg, PA on October -- Friday 13th!Fortunately, nobody was hurt!...except the car and it didn't look especially "bad" but my normal repair guy [Ken Carr at Carr's Automotive], when asked, suggested even the minor damage would "ding the value.""Okay, where's a good place to take it?""Take it to Jon Hager Auto Repair in Telford! He's a good guy, will do a great job and will treat you well!And that's exactly what happened. Jon was very cooperative, did a great job, completed the car in reasonable time and gave me back my 2021 Honda CRV looking like new! He even took care of a few minor parking lot scratches, etc. - I mean it looked inside and out like a new car! “I was driving all week with a broken passenger side turn signal- between the rain, my work schedule and it getting dark at 5 pm, I just couldn't get it done. So finally on my day off I was in the Lansdale area and had some time to kill waiting for another business to open and decided to do a Google search of auto repair "near me" that was open on a Sat and found Randazzo's. I called and they said they could squeeze me in. I arrived and the mechanic took my keys and drove my vehicle inside- clean, nice equipment, multiple bays. In and out for $20 bucks. That $20 isn't going to make them rich, but they definitely have a new customer if I'm in that area again for repair or a vehicle inspection before buying.”

“Towing was about $100 cheaper than elsewhere; Josh was excellent! Even after I told him my insurance coverage was $250, he still quoted me the company rate (he could have just said, "OK, I'll do it for $240"). He even allowed my two Boston Terriers to ride with us (not sure what I would have done otherwise). AND the car he towed needed some tender care as it's a bit of a Primadonna (it's a Ford - so on a flatbed is where it's most comfortable).”

“I was locked out of my car due to key fob battery dead and keys were locked inside. I called the 800 number on my Honda window. I did not have road side assistance and paid for the vehicle to be unlocked. To my surprise The service that pulled in was the bucks county towing team associated with triple A and fred beans. The gentleman was so kind to me and gentle with my car. My car could not be unlocked with door lock due to the button position but the tech was smart enough to push the start button inside my car which allowed for my car power to start and the window went down. Luckily I was home and not in a hurry or danger but the service took less than 5 min. additionally, there was no damage to my car and door seal either.Thank youRenee”
