“I visited Rite Aid on 2-14-2023. This is an easy location to find, and it is right in front of the Commons Mall.There were no issues finding a parking spot, and there was parking in the front or on the sides. The parking lot was clean, and the garbage cans were not overflowing.When I entered the doors are automatic sliding doors, which comes in handy if your hands are full.I received a very happy greeting by the staff when I entered the store.Looking around the store, I noticed that the majority of items were in stock. I have been to other stores and it is the same everywhere.They had the body wash products that I was looking for, which other stores were out of stock.They had a variety of products from health care, candy, drinks, movies, holiday items, toys, freezer items, and animal products. They also have a lottery machine for scratch offs or other lottery games.The prices were on the high side for certain items, but if you have the reward card, you get a discount. They had several sales on which certain items were buy 1 get 1 half off.The pharmacy staff and pharmacist have always been really nice and friendly. They are very knowledgeable.The other Rite Aid staff were super friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help find items or answer questions.This truly is an amazing store due to their wonderful staff that take a lot of pride with their customer service. Thank you to the Pharamcist and staff who were very welcoming and helpful.You will not find a better store to get your medical items in Dubois.”

“I believe people should be recognized when they go above and beyond. There is a man that works nights that has continually given my wife and I outstanding service, and got an approval for me to get a prescription that would have cost $600 for $50. On March 17, at about 1;45 PM, I stopped to drop a prescription off for a refill. There was one man in front of me that was obviously lonely and did not understand his options on his meds. The young lady behind the counter patiently and professesionally wrote down everything she was explaining to him. Yes, it took a bit to do. When I got to the counter she apologized profusely for me having to wait. I explained to her that an apology wasn't necessary and that she should be proud of the way she took care of an older patron. Outstanding people need to be recognized! That is why I am posting.”
